Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Morganton

I was told when I arrived that it would only be a few minutes. I gave my name and my cell phone number and went outside and sat on a bench. After 30 minutes of waiting I went back inside to ask how much longer it would be. The woman at the door said she did not know let me go find out. She came back to me after going in and finding out that it would be another 30 minute wait. I don't understand why I needed to wait an hour and never get seated when others were being taken in within 5 to 15 minutes. This is pretty sad for a new Olive garden that just opened up in this area. I have never been treated this way at the one in Hickory no matter how busy it was there. It's pretty sad that a new business opening up cannot do what one that has been open for 20 years or longer is doing. I am very highly disappointed and I do not know if I will return or not. I ended up leaving going to salsa's Mexican restaurant next door walked right in got seated got prompt service got served excellent warm food. Really makes my decision on returning back there to give it another try really difficult. Maybe management could reach out to me and change my mind...

Visited the new Olive Garden in Morganton shortly after they opened and had a great experience!

The staff was still training, but the service was excellent. Our drinks were refilled promptly and the never-ending soup and salad (which was especially good) were brought out quickly upon request. The seating was comfortable, and I really enjoyed my ravioli and breadsticks, and the fettuccine alfredo was also tasty. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend...

Visited the new Olive Garden in Morganton. Olive Garden is Awesome as always! It was busy on opening day of course, but we really didn't wait that long for a party of 6, 30 minutes or so if that.
