I had gone inside to order my food to go, the lady who was running the register decided to finish what she was doing in the dining Room before she would come and wait on me which took a couple minutes and the people behind the Counter completely ignored me, that should have been my 1st hint but I continued and ordered my food. I did receive my food rather quickly and the staff was courteous once they did pay attention, But the fries had a burnt taste to them like maybe the oil needed changed and I did not receive the sandwich that I had ordered it was very disappointing to be 10 minutes down the road and find out that I got a sandwich with only meet & bread no sauce or anything.    Read moreThis is the very first Arby's I had ever been to and that was about 16 months ago. It is now my favorite fast-food place to eat! The food is far better than any other fast-food places I have been in my lifetime and probably healthier than most greasy burger & fry establishments. My favorites are the roast beef gyros, fish sandwiches on flatbread, curly fries and their Jamoca Shakes! This place has been exceptionally clean every time I have visited which is usually about once a week. The employees are very friendly and go above and beyond what you normally experience at other fast-food places. I usually eat in instead of going through the drive thru just because I like the atmosphere and the employees. This Arby's is 5 STAR all the way!    Read moreThis facility was neat and clean and well lit, but empty except for one lone man sitting in the far corner reading his paper. I was waited on immediately and my food was well prepared and tasted good. The only complaint the I have is the one staff member running the cash register and taking my order. Stone faced could probably be used to describe her. I almost felt like I was intruding on her personal time. Dang I hate it when employees act this way in front of customers. The only reason that I'll ever go back is because it's convenient, not because I felt welcome.
