This store has gone way down. I order here or did atleast weekly sometimes more frequently. But I’m to the point I’m DONE! I ve had everything from burnt bread, missing products, wrong order, poor delivery or delivery that takes over a hour several Times and when you call the restaurant it’s always poor excuses. Short staff never enough delivery drivers etc. I dont understand how u have one delay driver when similar restaurants in the area have 3!!!! I’ve had my order replaced once! I’ve complained multiple times and they just get to the point of we hope you give our restaurant another try. Why should I when you do nothing to fix the problems. Just this week my order took 58 mins to delivery. If you think I’m going to continue to spend my hard earned money here your kidding right? DONT EAT HERE!!!! THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOU, as the customer! Ordered a few times while up here visiting my mom. Wasn't happy the last 2 times I ordered with delivery driver and Uber taking an hr to deliver my order. The first 2 or 3 times I ordered, there was no issues. Owner reached out and apologized both times and gave in store credit which is fine, but I do online orders for a reason. And I don't care for JJ rewards. Free pickle or chips really? How about $5-10 off my next order instead? Also asked for a refund and owner said after a order is placed/delivered it's difficult to issue a refund. Really? That makes 0 sense. Either you or JJ customer service should be able to provide a refund when someone isnt happy.

Decided to stop giving this location and JJ my business anymore. If I would have gotten my driver tips refunded and $ off my next online order, then I would have considered placing...

Didn't care for a couple girls in drive thru just a bit ago. Came here with my mom who ordered for us, soon as she said the 1 order the girl said the total without letting my mom finish, then my mom says she has another order, orders mine, then girl says total for that one then my mom asks how much for both? Girl completely ignores her so we're like ok?? Get to window then girl says "total for both is..." no hello, how are you? nothing. My mom pays, then when we get our food the other girl doesn't even say have a good day or anything. Not going to return if they're going to have that attitude. If you can't be kind and respectful don't work with customer service. Hope the teen girls boyfriends cheat on them with that attitude.
