Update: I was lucky enough to hear from the store manager, Eric. He was able to help us get everything fixed and ready to go. Eric went above and beyond to fix Michael’s mistakes. If it was only Eric and Phillip there they would def get 5 stars!!
One of the employees, Michael, at this location completely screwed up a phone order for us. They did not have phones in stock and when he went to order he ordered the wrong color for both phones (he seemed like he was in a huge rush even though there was one other customer in there and they were being helped by someone else already). I saw the screen and told him it was the wrong color phone and he supposively fixed it. When I went to pick up the phone only one was ordered in the correct color. So I was able to get one phone and they had the color wanted in stock now for the other. However my husband had to wait until a Sunday to get the other phone because that is his only day off and we needed them to transfer stuff so we didn’t lose anything in the old phones and he works 6 days a week out of state and they said they will hold onto that one for him so he could still get the correct color when he came in. Well guess what…..someone listed that phone as lost or stolen (prob because no one told anyone else what they were doing with it and they didn’t see it set aside with the wrong color phone order sheet and phone). Anyway Michael told my husband it would take a couple days to clear up from being marked lost/stolen 🙄 So he wasted his one day off work to still not receive his phone because this guy screwed up. Completely unacceptable and I’m waiting for a call from the manager/owner. At this point I’m guessing we are now NOT going to get the promotion during the time we FIRST went there (one of us has been there 3 or 4 times now and we don’t live in Morris). Hopefully someone can fix this issue and my husband can get his phone and maybe Michael can go back for more training.
P.S. Philip was very nice when I picked up my phone. Thankfully I did not deal with...
Read moreDanelle was a consummate professional. I stopped in on a March afternoon in regards to a faulty USB-C charging port on well-worn Samsung Galaxy S10. Little did I know that this visit was the genesis of a spectacular transaction.
I pulled in the Morris parking lot about 3pm. New cars and truck were aplenty in the neighboring car wash, proof of the delightful spring day we were all experiencing. As I strolled by the first business that shares the same complex as my superior phone carrier, I couldn't help but feel my stomach growl with the fresh smells being emitted from the delightful sandwich shop known as Subway. It smelled like Little Italy with pepporoni and mozzarella being toasted upon their 7 grain bread.
As I entered the store, there she sat. Danelle was perched upon her seat with a most genuine smile. "Can I help you today?" She confidently declared. It was a warm greeting, her inner confidence gleamed brightly. Quickly I began to realize that Danelle would without a doubt be able to handle my situation.
She began with a quick clean of a lint filled USB-C port that had seen more than it's fair share of pockets. Her proficiency with the sharp, rigid phone tool was apparent as she cut through the blockade of homemade fire tinder. The port was much worse than anticipated, she worked hard to clear the chip of it's blue coating, reminiscent of its own Cowboy tuxedo. Sadly, it was to no avail.
Danelle would not be discouraged and immediately went to plan B. She scoured high and low through her system, eventually settling on an upgrade option that noone could refuse. A better phone, a lower phone bill, who is this super-hero?
In conclusion, as you can tell, there is no better, she sure is swell. Phones are frustrating, they'll make you yell, its bad for your brain, you wont be well. Experiencing these problems? Do not dwell, shes an expert in service, she'll fix your cell. You'll get the good deals, money you will not shell, now head to Verizon, and go...
Read moreBoth sales persons at the Morris locations were so friendly and helpful. Chris was our basic sales person, however when the other one...was not servicing another customer...he interjected helpful information regarding my service need.
I had truly entertained leaving the Verizon service... before I walked into this facility. I had been given such a run around by other Verizon salespersons regarding this problem with my phone.
However, afterwards, I was satisfied with their concern...and desire to assist me. I am 69 and there were so major telephone concerns and issues I had with my phone that I had been having since the middle of May...
All the employees for the company should be trained at the same place these 2 gentlemen were trained at. People skills should be one of the subjects that they all should be trained in.
Thus, here in Morris they gave me all options available to my service needs. I will definitely advise others about...
