Very cheap, that's for sure, and you definitely get what you pay for. Cockroaches in the shower, stunning cobwebs in the bathroom windowsill, as well as some nice and scenic, refreshing smelling black mold to compliment it, and the towels are old and stained and you feel nice and clean after using it after your shower with a leaky shower head that gets water onto the floor and water that goes from cold to hot. A bit of a nitpick but to some people it matters, the cable management in the rooms is unsightly, and usually, you cannot access the HDMI ports to the TV to plug in an Xbox or something. The other reviews talking about the bed bugs are right too lol. There's potholes in the parking lot, cigarette butts on the sidewalk outside, and then, there's the friendly and wonderful owners, who appear to hold a certain amount of disdain for my fellow Caucasian brethren. I caught them mean mugging me the whole time I stayed, they're very nosy and it feels like they try and go through your room when you aren't there. I believe they also live on the premises, so they kinda feel omnipresent throughout your whole stay. They're also very strange about their rules, like how they don't allow "visitors" whatsoever, which means anybody that they don't see the ID of when you check in. Everybody also has to be 18 and have an ID they told us, which I don't really know any other hotel that is like that. So I guess if your a parent that needs to stop for the night with your kid you should probably just go to Days Inn. But this rule also apparently doesn't apply to everyone, as I know some people who stay here definitely have visitors over all the time. And the cherry on top of it all is that they won't even let me get another room because the last time I stayed at PARK MOTEL, which is a different motel but with the same owners, I had my girlfriend stay with me. She was there the whole time, but "visitors" aren't allowed, and now I guess they just won't rent a room out to me. Discrimination? Maybe, I don't know, I'm not a lawyer, but these guys are assholes and you should probably take your...
Read moreThey polished the turd and missed a few spots. They bragged about being newly renovated rooms, but to say it was a budget job, would be very polite. My room smelled of mold (which was all over the place), it was dirty, the microwave and fridge were broken, the linens were old and stained, and the guy behind the desk seemed impressed with it. It must have been nice where he was from, but as soon as there is an opening near by, I'm...
Read moreHave a friend that's been living here, not by choice. Pays $400 per week. Thats $1600 a month! Are you kidding me??? Should be $400 a month! Idk how the owners get away with charging people this. Its bs and unfair. Town needs to do better to. Its not like its the holiday inn. This place is a dump and people get ripped off. Shame on the owners and this town. Pray karma hits them bad. Hope my friend can move out soon, been there...
