Bravo's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Morristown

My bill did not match what I actually ordered and this is the second time it has happened to me at this restaurant. I showed the waitress what I wanted on the menu as well as telling her. What she wrote down, and apparently delivered was different than what I showed her - and there was a price difference of a few dollars. I showed the server a quesadilla and it had to options beneath it - one of those options was chicken and that is what I chose. What she wrote down, and apparently delivered was a 'grilled' chicken quesadilla. Somehow I was supposed to realize this chicken was a different chicken than the one I ordered. I pointed this out to the casher and she looked puzzled - like she didn't understand - then she said she couldn't change it.

As I said this is the second time I've been mis-charged for an item at this restaurant. So, if you choose to eat here, be very sure to check your bill - maybe even watch what the server writes down. At any rate, I won't eat there again, so it won't be a...

Bait & Switch ordered Two- #5 Lunch specials @ 1:30pm today However- waiter 'Luis'apparently put in ENTIRE order -Ala Carte. So, two(2) chicken tacos w/ rice & beans and an iceT was $31 instead of $8.99 x 2

?- Waiter no habla English or ? We asked to speak w/ manager, and cashier/hostess didn't know their name....then said manager 'on break'. Had to ask three times the name of the manager. Reluctantly got 'Erica'.

Instead of waiting, we paid n left.

Tip: Explain to your customer THAT grilled chicken vs. shredded chicken is NOT an option for special.

We surmised only after they billed us.

Plenty of other Mexican restaurants to go to, that are better and definitely MORE...

This was the 3rd time we have eaten here and I will say it will be our last. It took us 10 minutes to get drinks after we gave order to waitress ,then lady at register took our order, she repeated it back to us and when it came out it my husband's was wrong. When we brought it to her attention she argued with us,until I told her excatly what she said. She turned he back and walked off. We went to pay for my meal ( that I didn't eat) and she refused. The couple sitting behind us was also complaining his food was burnt and he never got taco he ordered It was 230 in the afternoon they were nit busy only had 4 tables sat...
