For a first time beginner on their menu is a little intimidating. When it was my turn at the window to order I blurted out I have never been here and have no idea whatās what. The guy at the window said with a big smile Iām (sorry canāt remember his name) and you are. Well Jennifer he said welcoming me to DB. He began to explain the menu. I said there are people behind me and I donāt want to hold up the line. Donāt worry we are helping you right now and we will assist them after you get what you want. (paraphrasing a little) then a girl came to the window to welcome me as well. To make a long story short I went there having had an awful week and intimidated by their menu. However I left there smiling and laughing and feeling like I mattered to them. They both were friendly and went above and beyond for me. I also knew the people behind me would get the same customer service bc you canāt fake that. In other words I would go back and I have again. Almost makes you blind to their prices. Oh the second time I went the guy who took my order in the car line was no different. Hats off on your teamās customer service. You can honestly feel their warmth and sincerity. I wish I could remember these employees name because the need to be recognized. If I find their name out I will post them. Thank you for being a part of my day and making it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've had a good experience here almost every time I've went with excellent service. I stopped by here on 11/25/2023, though, and went to the walk up window. I could not get service due to some teenage girl leaning through the window (I believe a previous review mentioned this) chit chatting. She was definitely not ordering anything as I could overhear her conversation. She was talking about her Black Friday experience and asking for hugs. This went on for 5-10 minutes before I left. Generally speaking, one bad experience can leave a bad taste in your mouth in regards to a place of business regardless of how many good experiences you've had. Perhaps whoever looks at this needs to have a discussion when the employees about waiting on customers before letting their friends climb through the windows to fraternize. š (I did not include a photo of said incident best l because I'm not going to take a picture of a teenager's backside hanging...

The line was long but they had people out with iPads to take orders. I waited 20 minutes for a free employee to take my order. I drove my car right next to them and waited. They were chatting amongst themselves. One employee walked out and waved to his friends. They waved back and chatted longer. I tried to make eye contact but they turned their backs to me and were just⦠chattingā¦
I thought they might be switching employees out but after a couple of minutes I realized that couldnāt be.
Out of pure frustration I squeezed my car out of the drive through and left. Plenty of cars behind me too waiting for their order
Canāt speak to their coffee quality but I wonāt be coming...
