I recently moved to Jeff City from Nashville. The b dubs I went to in Nashville was great. Good food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. On a Friday/Sat night they were always on a wait. You might get lucky and there would be one open seat at the bar. So it’s Saturday night around 8 o’clock and I walk into this b dubs. No one is working the hostess stand.75% of the tables were empty. 5-6 customers at the bar. Bartender greeted me in a reasonable amount of time. I started out with chicken nachos, top shelf margarita and a water. Drink was good and came out fast. A waitress dropped off the Nachos 20 min later. They looked worse than the crappy microwaved Nachos I’ve made at the house. The toppings looked like someone threw them at the chips from across the room. Tasted as bad as they looked. No one ever asked how the nachos came out. Next I ordered 6 wings garlic parm and a draft beer. Played some tunes on the juke box and headed to the patio for a smoke. 9 oclock and the patio is empty. Finished my smoke and the door had locked behind me. There was no one on that side of the restaurant to hear me knocking on the door. My 40 yr old a* is out there contemplating jumping the fence to escape the patio. Thankfully someone walked by 15 min later and opened the door. I thought my wings would be waiting on me at the bar but nope. Ordered another margarita in the meantime. Another 30 min passed and the wings were dropped off by a different waitress. They were overcooked and dry. I would have asked for a side of garlic parm sauce but again no one checked back on the food. At this point I am running out of room. The 1/4 eaten nachos, empty margarita glass, empty water glasses, empty beer glass and wing basket on the bar in front of me. There was a cool couple on the side of the bar I had been talking to. They said come sit over here we want to buy you a shot. I’ve had 2 margaritas and a beer over a 2 hr period. I was at the jukebox when they ordered the shots. I get back and they tell me the bartender said I was cut off. They asked me what did you do. I had no idea so I asked the bartender. She said her manager cut me off. I responded “there is a manager in here”🤔 So here comes the young female manager that is failing to do her job on every possible level. The manager tells me I had 2 margaritas and legally she can’t serve me another drink. I wanted to say “I wonder why your restaurant is empty?” I just said okay and left. After a few months I decided to see if anything had changed. Sat night around 10 o'clock I walked in. No hostess, tables were mostly empty. I sat down at one of the few seats with a clear bar top. The entire bar was covered with old dishes, glasses and trash. 2 customers at the bar. No bartender in sight. 5 minutes without being greeted. Got up and left. Whoever owns this Bdubs needs to clean house. Hire a GM that gives a s**. Then put out a large banner that reads “We would like to apologize and ask for one more chance. Under...
Read moreThis is the third and last time I will ever order online from BWW. The first time I ordered through DoorDash app and the food was great, hot, and exactly what I had ordered. The second time I could not find the food I wanted on the DoorDash menu so I ordered from BWW app and the food was ok but a sauce and side I ordered and paid extra for was forgotten and therefore not delivered to us. I was upset but thought everyone makes mistakes so I’ll let it go and did not call to complain. The third time I ordered from the BWW app half of our entire order was missing. So of course this was more than just a forgotten sauce and I was livid. This time I called and complained. The girl that answered the phone replied, “ my bad, I noticed that when the driver left” after I told her what all was missing from my order. So to correctly state you I replied, “ you knew half our food was missing and just let the guy continue to our house hoping we wouldn’t care that we paid for food we didn’t receive?” She then told me that I would have to get a refund from DoorDash. I explained I ordered through the BWW app not DoorDash and didn’t understand why she kept saying that. I asked if someone could just bring them on the next delivery and she said “no, but you can come pick it up.” Why would I place a delivery order if I was going to pick up the other half of my food? She finally gave the phone the a man that stated he was the GM I believe he said his name was Jason. He asked me to confirm the last 4 of my card and would refund me the other half of my order which he totaled to $7 dollars. My entire order was $37 so in 5-7 business days (as he stated) I will get back the upgrade fee for my sides which leaves me paying $30 for 2 chicken wraps. Highway robbery!!! I will never order online again and at this point will probably avoid this restaurant...
Read moreHot trash. Don't waste your time.
This one deserves negative stars.
Food? If you like salt....and a lot of it, this place is for you. There was a measurable amount of salt on the bottom of the tray of fries. Some salt is expected but when it covers the entire bottom of the tray, that's excessive. IF there was chicken under all of the breading on the wings, the ratio of bread to chicken was easily 6:1. If you expect your hot food to be hot, it won't be here. It'll be lukewarm bordering on cold by the time it gets to you....and it'll be undercooked to boot. The overly salted fries needed several more minutes in the fryer to be cooked through. These were cold, limp and greasy. I would have sent them back but that leads to the service, and I'm using that term loosely.
Service? HA! If you have a ton of time to sit around and wait, this is the place for you. For a dining room that was less than 25% full upon arrival, having to wait 10+ minutes to simply be greeted at the table and to take our drink and appetizer order is unacceptable. This would be the shortest wait of the night. Drink refills were not offered but when we asked, the wait was again nearly 10 minutes for a drink from a soda fountain that was less than six feet from me. I should have just gotten up and gotten refills myself. I've been to a convenience store or two in my life. I know how to work a soda machine. Frankly, our server demonstrated NO interest in serving us.
All in all, you will get a better wings and fries meal at Baskin Robbins...and they don't do wings and fries.
@Buffalo Wild Wings - DO NOT reach out to me over this. I will never respond or visit this location or any other BWW location ever again as a result...
