Itako Hibachi Japanese Grill — Restaurant in Morristown

Went here just now and I’m not one to write bad reviews for anyone cause I understand having bad days, but came with my family and we all got sushi. My little brother found two light hairs in his sushi (he has black hair) and my daughter had a bug that was cooked into her noodles (like in the noodle still) STILL ALIVE wiggling around. We got hers remade and we gave her our sweet carrots (cause their her favorite) asked for those to be remade as well since they were in the plate with the bug and they tried to charge me for them. Got it taken off but after asking for my daughters meal to be discounted or taken off for the bug they said they could only offer to recook it. This on top of no refills until we were well ready to go. There was no attempt at trying here today and I wouldn’t recommend it too anyone now. We go to this place all the time, the food is always great and it comes out really fast and the prices are very affordable. The servers are always quick and do a good job. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired because it's just kind of a plane sitting place, not very authentic Asian type of atmosphere but if you're just looking for some really good Japanese food, fast and cheap, then I highly recommend this place if it's all about the food and the service. It may look like a hole in the wall restaurant but I'm telling you I've never been disappointed with anything at this place. Ordered Sushi from here last week. I called it in and they said it would take 20 minutes. I get there right at 20 minutes and my order was never made. Just a basic shrimp tempura roll. The whole place was empty aside from one small family. I finally get my order. It was $13 for one roll. Easily the worst sushi I have ever had. It was somehow soggy. It had little to no flavor. What flavor it did have was bland. Was very disappointed. I called for a refund and the lady was super rude.
