-Black mold everywhere in the bathroom & under the sink. WOULD NOT get anyone or anything to treat it. At least 2ft of black mold on the shower curtains. WOULD NOT change them after complaining repeatedly. Spent to scrape, recaulk, sand, parts replaced & cleaned everything inside of the room. - -Roaches coming out every crack & corner including baseboards. Yet again, WOULD NOT put an effort into seeking anything or anyone for pest control or fixing the boards. Like before, spent to take off, remeasure, cut, put back or replaced, painted & caulked unwanted cracks & under the boards. -Comforter & sheets covered with unknown & known stains. Once more, WOULD NOT bring unstained & freshly cleaned set. Yet again took off, placed inside a box & bought a new set. -Mattress & boxspring maintained 3 torn, bug infested, stained & molded mattress protectors. Mattress 1, boxspring 2. Now once more WOULD NOT replace protectors. Yet again, protectors removed, placed inside of the same box & replaced with new ones. Boxspring itself, surprisingly not bad off despite of a broken 2x4 underneath. Mattress, once old protector was removed, it maintained patches of black unknown stains & known stains that will not be mentioned. Once more, WOULD NOT replace the mattress. As the same as before, purchased cleaning supplies, scrub brushes & scrubbing pads to scrub & sanitize the mattress. Approximate time spent, over 4 hrs. They have knowledge of me spending money to fix & clean the entire room. Reimbursement and/or lower price change for this effort was brought to their attention, but will not do either/or. Going cheap isn't always...

Dirty. I asked for a nonsmoking room they gave me a smoking room twice. They are very greedy when you ask for items. I asked for toilet paper and the lady at the front desk said let me see if you really ran out. There was only 2 towels in the room, they were dirty and had blood stains. I asked for new, and she had an attitude about it. I asked for me garbage bags for the room and she hesitated and gave me only 1 and I'm staying for a whole week. I wish I didn't book here at all, might as well pay an extra 60 bucks for a better one with free breakfast, pool, and coffee all day. No microwaves in the room you have to pay 60 dollars for one and 60 for a coffee pot. It's ridiculous. The house keeper is a homeless man, who doesn't even clean good. And everyone here seems to be on drugs. I'm calling code enforcement for these conditions they are allowing people to stay in. Also the beds had dirt all over them, hot water doesn't work, it smells so bad in the room. Everything was dusty. I would not suggest for anyone...

My husband and I recently went to Morristown Tn to visit friends. I had booked our hotel at the Scootish Inn when we arrived none of the ammenities they showed on line were available. The room was dirty reeked of smoke mind you we ask for non smoking.There was a sign in the room that said if you were not satisfied in the first 15 mins come to the office for a refund and we did. He refunded the room then billed us for one night stay at a higher rate even though we were not staying. So we stopped at the Super 8 in Morristown where we were greeted by Nakul Patel where we were shown our room prior to paying for it. We were then showed all the amenties that we had while we stayed there. This young man held the breakfast over for us one morning when we over slept he even called us to wake us up and tell us. The hotel was very clean all of the staff was very friendly and willing to make your stay the very best they could. If you are ever in that area I would recomend this hotel 100%.
