Title: Fantastic Brewery Experience
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this brewery for the first time last week, and it exceeded all my expectations. In fact, my experience was so incredible that I made a return visit just a few days later. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the brewery was meeting both the owner and the brewer. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with me about their craft. It was evident that they were passionate about what they do, and their enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit.
As for the beer, I can confidently say that I didn't have a single brew that I didn't enjoy. Each one was crafted with care and precision, resulting in an exceptional taste experience. The selection was diverse, catering to a variety of palates.
I am already planning my next visit to this brewery and eagerly anticipate trying out their new offerings. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or simply someone looking for a great place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed.
Overall, I had a fantastic time at this brewery, thanks to the friendly staff, delicious beers, and inviting ambiance. Don't miss out...
Read moreFinding Soulmate this afternoon was quite a happy accident on our way back from hiking at Ellmore State Park. Over the past two years, we have visited over 140 breweries across the US and Canada, and this one easily ranks in the top 10 for us. We opted to sit at the bar, where we chatted with the owner (Jonathan) as well as a local gentleman (drinking from a mug club stein). The vibe is chill. The beer names are fun. The tables are beautiful, and there are games throughout. They serve a wide selection of beers that you can order by the glass or as a flight - my husband and I have very different tastes in beer, but we both found something pleasing to the palate. To accompany our brews, we ordered a couple of savory waffles (a Reuben and a Cuban), which were tender, fluffy, and tasty, just the perfect (and unique!) starchy snack to refuel from our hike and to accompany our beers. We walked in as strangers, but by the time we left we felt like regulars. Bonus points for being a veteran-owned business (with a veteran's discount!). We will definitely come back the next time we...
Read moreGood vibes, good beers, good people. Went the day before their two year anniversary. Congrats, BTW. Veteran-owned. Buy a vet a beer or two. Waffles looked good, but went for the cheese dip. Came out in a little elevated tray to hold the dip and a tiny candle burning underneath to keep it warm. Clever. And the recipe for the cheese is good, too. The beer menu is a little all over the place, but the quality of beer is good. There might have been 19 brewskies on draft? The owner greets you on entrance and is friendly, funny, welcoming to everyone, and has a clear, vested interest in his establishment's ability to thrive. Definitely a small town, cozy brewery atmosphere. Next time, maybe the waffles. Oh, and for the owner, consider renumbering your taps so they go from 1, lightest, to 19, darkest. Makes drinking through a flight more logical. You could also probably fit your three-page beer menu onto one page, then on the flip side the food menu. Keep going strong, soldier, and make it to the next big anniversary, which is...
