I booked this stay through their website. I used a credit card provided by Klarna, which is virtual and lasts a day. Enough time for them to process payment. On my side, it all looked like everything was settled because usually I prepay my stays. It directed me to check in using the app which I did.

When I arrive, they ask me for a card and I asked: "does it has to be the same one I used TO PAY?" I didn't find this suspicious because hotels usually require a card on file for room orders, etc. You would think that my question would have given her a clue that I thought it was paid, but no.

After going to my room I had to make a payment with my card and I realized that they charged me for the stay on my card. Called the front desk (with my broken room phone that I could only use on speaker) and the lady then informs me that it wasn't prepaid and that "it was their policy to ask for the card". My argument wasn't paying, but which card to use for that payment.

Apparently they are an archaic type of hotel that doesn't have the technology to process a credit card over the phone???!!! The lady wanted Klarna to call them, which there was no reason for it, but I contacted them and they wouldn't call the hotel but provided me with confirmation of the transaction I made.

Called again the front desk but she was no help. Asked her who could help me and she referred me to the manager which was no help as well.

Facilities are decent but should be better for the price paid. Customer service is nonexistent. You have to pay for breakfast. First and last time I come to this hotel and will question anything Sheraton/Marriot from now on. This was a stay to relax and all I did was losing my time arguing with rude hotel employees. Save yourself from this. Don't book this hotel. If I could give 0...

This is the 3rd time I have booked at this location, traveling from AZ to NC for work. Erika at the bar is excellent. I highly recommend this location for your next corporate event. She can create a happy hour experience for your team, creating life-long memories. She is the queen of mixology, beautiful at connecting to guests, and cares. Sam works behind the scenes to prep your food carefully and sincerely cares about the result. The GM (I cannot remember his name) stopped in to check in on the team and, while he was there, asked us how our experience was and thoroughly engaged in the conversation.

The team cares for each other. I observed staff stopping to help each other and checking in to ensure everyone was okay. And all team members I observed seemed truly happy to work here.

It feels like a home away from home when I travel. I bring my work colleagues to the bar to relax and have a few laughs after long work days. The crew at Four Points helps engage the laughter and conversation.

This location is just 2 miles down the road from the Raleigh airport and close to the research triangle. It is a smaller venue. But they have conference rooms, a lovely breakfast in the morning, and the best bar snacks for evening drinks (try the pretzel; it is yummy).

You do not get friendly personalized service and care like this at hotels anymore. I highly recommend it. I hope there is always a room for me here when I travel...

Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for such an amazing and relaxing stay! I decided to stay overnight in Raleigh because I was not sure what time I would be flying out. The process of booking the room was super easy along with checking in. The staff were super nice and helpful. I let them know I was flying out in the morning and that it would be on standby; they told me about their amazing and free parking policy. I was able to call the staff at like midnight after debating for hours about what time I was going to leave.

My stay, although super short, was relaxing and so comfortable. My the room was a great size with a king size bed, large TV with tons of channels (I always look for and appreciate this as I do not have a TV or cable at home), clean bathroom, and a microwave and fridge!! I was able to keep my much needed breakfast and energy drink cold.

I managed to peel myself off of the comfortable bed, get ready, and make it to the airport. The gentleman who drove me was sooo nice, considerate, and understanding. The hotel is literally five minutes from the airport, so I got to my gate on time.

Upon my return no problems with getting picked up and heading back. Definitely will be using this hotel for...

Very unhappy. Hotel appears clean, but we happened to be in the room and shuffled in to our bed and lifted up one of the blankets on the bed and noticed in the light it was molded very bad! This was a quilt that I believe traps moisture in between the layers. We alerted the front desk and were offered another room to which I asked if they could have the blankets checked for mold. The desk associate was called and told the room was good so we went up to the new room and met the staff member in the room. We specifically checked the blanked in this second room and it was just as bad! We were offered another apology and nothing else. We checked out, out of concern for our health. Everyone should check their quilts in this hotel! I wish I was just being picky here, but I am quite serious and concerned about what we found in both rooms!!

Four Points by RDU was a 10/10 experience for first time fliers/guests. My brother and myself stayed from 6/27-6/30 and had an amazing experience. The hotel was easy to navigate and check in to. Dinged a star for rooms since we had some plugs/usb hub that did not work, other than that room service was daily and showers were hot and pressured! The staff were wonderful, kind and understanding for our check in, and overall stay. The food for the morning breakfast was AMAZING and Chef Sugar should be proud. They even comped our breakfast a couple times, even if it was for the slightest/smallest inconvenience. Would 100% recommend if you plan on staying in Raleigh and plan on flying in!

We stayed here one night after landing as the location was conveniently located near the airport. There were no rooms for upgrade upon check in but they offered bonus welcome points and free breakfast for our titanium status. Check in experience was good with the staff being courteous and professional. There was an indoor pool and gym. Our room was a king bedroom which was standard and came with one bottle of water. Cleanliness would be about a 7.5/10. No real good view bur the room was good to stay over right after a long day of flying. Breakfast was also pretty decent and standard. Would consider staying here for a night especially if you are just passing through.
