I recently visited this Chipotle location, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. It was my first time seeing a significant number of flies buzzing around the food display. The lights above the counter, meant to highlight the fresh ingredients, only emphasized the unsettling sight of these flies hovering over everything. It really took away my appetite, and I found myself questioning the hygiene standards in place.
Despite the unsanitary conditions, I still ordered a burrito, but I regretted that decision immediately. Not only did I have concerns about the flies, but when my burrito was finally handed to me, it didnât even resemble a typical burritoâit looked more like a messy ball, about the size of a baseball. It was very unappealing and added to my dissatisfaction.
While I was the only one waiting in line, it felt like the employees were more focused on packing up and getting ready to close, even though it was still early and there was no need for that.
I've also noticed that the overall quality of Chipotle has been declining, and I believe that Qdoba maintains a much higher standard. This visit was by far my worst experience with Chipotle, and it's disappointing to see a once-reliable option fall so short.
Iâm sharing this feedback not as a criticism but with the hope that it helps the location improve its hygiene practices and food presentation. Cleanliness and quality are crucial, and I believe that addressing these issues can lead to a better experience for everyone...

I ordered double meat and was not very enthused when I saw the portion given to me was less than a standard meat portion at a normal chipotle. I thought perhaps the staff member didnât hear due to the demands of the job and I was even less impressed by her response. This small portion trend continued with a different staff member with the cheese. I wish I took a picture of how little cheese I got because it was a bit shocking.    Read moreVery upset with the customer service I received from one of the gals. I had to drive through the drive thru three times because my order was still not ready. Not mad about that, I knew there was going to be a rush and a wait so I was prepared. The gal at the window was very sweet about it, however the gal behind bagging the food by the name of âAshleyâ was very rude, every time I asked the girl a question at the window she asked Ashley and her responses were rude and had her eyes rolled to the back of her head every time. I simply asked nicely if I could have my receipt so I can claim my points on the app for my order and Ashleyâs response was âwe donât have receipts (with attitude and again her eyes rolled to the back of her head). Iâve never been to a restaurant that doesnât have receipts? Point being said, Ashley needs to have better customer service even if she is overwhelmed...
