Food sucks. Who knew chicken grown en masse indoors has to be heavily seasoned.

To the negative reviews about employees.... If you are complaining about the employees, if you ever worked customer service, just shut the hell up. You may have moved on to better jobs but dealing with people post covid isn't what it used to be when you were employed, probably when Clinton was in office..... Am i close? If you never worked anything close to this industry, good for you. Remember that these people are emotionally drained from dealing with people like yourself constantly. That's cool you have more money and everything wasn't bad for you growing up. Nobody would work at these places if it was a possibility and you wouldn't get your bacon chicken burger and large diet (how sad!) but that's not the case these days... Since time immemorial of class structure...and you're out of touch with reality and honestly, you should not even be in touch with a single service worker. If you expect and demand more than what's offered while you approached them like you're better, you or someone you care about (doubtful)... You're a terrible person and should experience much worse to humble yourself. I am sure karma will get you. Just wish i could personally deliver it each time because watching people like you getting got...

I order pick-up almost every week. The employees are very friendly and the Manager Ladimir knows me by name. As soon as I walk in they grab my mobile order and hand it to me without even having to ask.

The store's prices have gone up along with almost everything else now a days. Unfortunately I won't be able to afford to eat here often anymore. Many of the combos that used to be $5-$6 now start at $8 and go up from there. Most meals are more than $10 now.

Order 4 box dinners out of four only one was right... I used the online menu, so I was prepared to order when I arrived. I chose the first meal box was with Crispy and this was the only one correct, the other three were requested with Crispy anyone and noneof those three were crispy they were original. Side dishes were incorrect except for the first order... Four meal boxes cost about $64, outrageous!!! No napkins, no cleanup towels, cup lid for one of the beverages was broken. , it was nice that they asked of I needed a cup carrier, but it didn't do a lot of good because of a bent cup and a smooched lid that wouldn't stay on, and this caused a spill of a 1/2 cup of the iced tea...I called the store that evening and could not reach anyone, nor a call back, so I guess they really don't care about the concerns of my very expensive meal order that was 75% incorrect... It' surely was a very disappointing expensive dinner...
