Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Moses Lake

I placed a delivery order on the pappa johns website to only find out that they use door dash. Wings were supposed to come with a sauce and I orderd 3 extra for a total of 4. I only recieved 3 and when I called no refund could be issued for the dollar lost and the person I spoke with blamed the door dash driver and then proceded to tell me their story about how they are a dasher, blah blah blah. I would expect that order placed on a company's website would be packed and placed by said company. Welp. Im a pappa jhons delivery customer no more.

It is unfortunate that I have to write a poor review for this specific location because this is a failure on a corporate level, but the person instantly throwing anyone else under the bus just to try to save...

Every month I order pizza for my troops out here at the National Guard Recruiting Office, before all my High Schools students go to training in Spoaken and Papa John's always gives us a great product. Military discount is always a plus. We end up ordering more then we need because of what they do for their local National Guard unit.
