Mattress Firm Moses Lake — Hotel in Moses Lake

Went in a couple weeks ago on a Friday mid-day at the Moses lake location where Mario greeted us at the door and throughly seemed to enjoy what he does.Back story, it was myself , my wife and my two children under 3 . Mario had just finished up with a prior customer and said he would give us a few minutes to look around . Well after a few mins he tended to us and asked what type of mattress we currently had and what types of mattresses were we interested in and what our sleeping comfort levels were.He knew every aspect of every mattress we asked about as if he himself engineered and designed them, the benefits of each mattress the pros and cons and material differences … he never tried to up-sale or be to pushy on anything. He was very straightforward with everything and he was a very patient person dealing with my million questions and my two kids starting to get restless. Needless to say we went in looking for a mid line mattress and left with a top of the line mattress and base. He even got our order/delivery put on the following route day for my area the following Monday which was awesome . We left the store happy with our purchase ! I don’t know if this mattress firm is a corporate store or franchise store but with Mario there I know they have to be doing well , what an asset he is for this location! Update: STILL Awesome service, calming atmosphere, very clean. The salesman (JOSH) didn’t try to push me to buy anything. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew about every product in the store and answered all of my questions. He worked hard to get me the best deals possible. He made a few suggestions of what mattress would work best for me. I chose the first suggestion because it was perfect for my specific needs and wants in a mattress. By my own choice I also decided to buy my teenage son a mattress at the same time. After telling the salesman what I wanted for my son he quickly took me to the perfect mattress. Needless to say I walked out of Mattress Firm a very satisfied and excited customer for life!!! Thank you Josh for your amazing salesmanship!!! Update: I had an issue with the sheet set I had purchased when I bought the beds. I took the issue to Josh who gave me a number to call to remedy the problem. I called the number but it never went through correctly so I went back to Josh who quickly dealt with it. Due to the unavailability of my original sheets Josh gave me an upgrade which I am very grateful for! My new sheets will arrive by the end of this week. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this mattress firm. The associate that help me (Nichol) was absolutely fantastic. she walked me through every single bed that I could think of and gave me pros and cons on them all very knowledgeable. Not only did she find help me find which Comfort level I preferred she also help me find the right size bed for my needs. I was able to try out any bed that I was curious about and able to ask a questions about the products and be able to get the answers. This was very important to me since these beds are so much more technical then standard beds. I personally ended up choosing the blue touch 500 plus in a queen size and got the adjustable base. my experience here was phenomenal I will definitely recommend this location and the sales associate to my co-workers, friends, and family.
