The service at this restaurant is absolutely atrocious. My husband and I wanted to try it for the first time on a whim, and we’ve been so extremely disappointed. He ordered us both a chicken sandwich with fries each, and asked for sides of ranch. He picks up his order and is told that there’s the two sandwiches in each box and then the fries in another, come to find out there’s one sandwich with fries and two just sides of fries. We call to have them know we were coming back for it, mind you we spent $45 on this food including the sides of ranch, and are told to come back. He goes inside to figure out what’s going on and to get a new sandwich and is told he has to pay another $25 for the sandwich because the ticket didn’t say there was another one, even though he explicitly asked twice. He was met with extremely rude “customer service” by a host and the manager. After standing there for 10 minutes, they still hadn’t even put the order in for it and we waited a total of 35-40 minutes for a single chicken sandwich. Also come to find out, my husband put the order in at 6:15, the ticket on pickup around 7 said it was ready a few minutes later but we didn’t get a text or a call until close to 7, so all of the food was cold. Read moreMy family and I were passing through on a road trip and saw this place with good reviews so we decided to go. Our server, Kimberly, was perfectly pleasant and the food was fine, but the service was pretty non-existent.
It took awhile to get our drink and app order. After we got our drinks, except for my beer, we didn’t see the server for our food order until after we finished our app. One of the bussers brought the app out. The app came with no silverware, napkins or plates. We ended up grabbing our own paper napkins from the server station nearby.
After finishing the app we finally got our food order in. The food came pretty quick, again by the busser. We didn’t see our server again until I was almost finished. I had wanted a second drink but by that time there wasn’t any point. I made the mistake of not asking for our check then. I had to grab her when she walked by. We were in a corner so that wasn’t often. We never received cloth napkin/silverware sets. We had to grab more paper ones on our own.
When you see the busser as much as, if not more than, you see your server, you know there is an issue.
We were not alone in this experience. I saw multiple tables grabbing their own napkins, walking back towards the kitchen looking for a server, etc. I have been a server and know it has its challenges, but I didn’t really see an excuse for this.

I can't believe we just dropped $120 for four people to just have some burgers and a big pretzel. I mean this is not a luxury place. It's loud, next to an awful car wash, and the service is left wanting. Our server barely gave us the time of day and we were left with no drinks and empty trays for a long time. The pretzel was the only awesome thing, and the burgers were tasty overal, but they were very messy. My burger fell apart after the first bite from too much sauce, and my entire meal was spent trying not to drip it everywhere. They had a small handful of fries that accompanied it, which was ridiculous for an $18 burger. I see on here it says bottomless fries? Where? The server never mentioned it or tried to give us more fries. I'm not a person who tips low, but I'm sad to say I had to today. Also, the restaurant was super cold, and I'm not someone who gets cold easily. And the sodas were $3.75 each? Are you kidding? I spent a burger's worth of money on drinks alone!
