I have no idea who my waitress was tonight but she was amazing. I was eating there with my son around 6pm and he had a melt down. My waitress helped me get everything I needed packed and told me I was doing a good job and to stay strong and her kind words were so comforting and helpful and i am sure she has no clue how impactful it was for me. She stayed so calm and collected for the whole situation also. Long story short, my son is autistic and struggles real hard with controlling his emotions sometimes. Sometimes just the littlest thing can set him off into a episode and it's so hard to predict. He was having a good day until dinner so I honestly don't know what set it off. This waitress made such a horrible situation so much better than I could've ever imagined. I am forever grateful! Whatever her name was I just hope she knows how thankful and grateful I am for the amazing service and above average performance she gave. She has great praise from me and I hope she is very blessed in life as she was such a blessing to me today. I really wish I would've grabbed a receipt so I knew her name. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Read moreUnless you dine in, the service here is TERRIBLE. Beyond terrible. I ordered take out today, and once again, HALF my order was missing. I ordered takeout in December of 2024 when I was recovering from surgery, and they forgot to put my salad, soup and rice in my bag. I decided to try take out again today and they didn’t give me half my order. Told me a lie when I called back. Didn’t say they were sorry about the inconvenience. The manager I spoke to was rude to myself and my Cousin who called back (she was part of my take out order). Not only was half our order missing today, but we specifically asked for the dine in wasabi and ginger ; not the packages. When we called back asking for the correct items, the manager who we talked to stated that we needed to ask for it upon ordering it. Had he even looked at our order, he would’ve seen that we asked for it when placing our order. The manager I spoke to was rude. He told me he hay he wasn’t rude to my cousin when she called back asking about the dine in wasabi and ginger. I do not appreciate anyone arguing with me. Read moreI am very upset with this place. I went there on a Sunday afternoon for a nice lunch with my step son because we both love sushi very much. I have never had any issues with the dinner service, this was out first lunch together. First off it took about 30 minutes for them to ask what we wanted for drinks and our order. The waitress would tend to the other tables but processed to walk right past our table like we were not even there, I had ordered something to go also but to be given at the end of our meal. When we were ready to leave, I literally had to wave her down to get the bill, and ask for some boxes, we could have just walked out, which now I am wishing I would have. I was double charged and my to go order was given to someone else. I then had to wait a extra 20 minutes to receive my second order. Of course the Manager was not there and I asked to speak to a Supervisor but no one would talk to me. I called the next day and told talked to the manager about my double charge but he says that I was not double charged WHEN IT CLEARLY SHOWS ON MY BANK STATEMENT and they will not give me my money back. Never going back to this place. I would rather drive to Wenatchee or try a different sushi bar....
