Terrible stay. Not sure if a lot of the 5 star reviews are fake or what. The front desk gal was sweet but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. The hotel looks like it used to be a motel and they are trying to make it nice like a hotel but it fell short in many areas. The rooms are average, the beds are uncomfortable and the TV looks like it’s from 1970. Not to mention the mini fridge in our room wasn’t attached to anything and almost knocked over and the handle in the shower broke off when I tried to pull the door shut . The rooms are not soundproof and it sounded like somebody was dragging furniture and dropping heavy things from 3:30 to 10 PM. There were kids running through the hall without any supervision or anyone holding them accountable. I had to complain to the front desk two different times about the people above us before they moved us rooms and they ended up downgrading us from a king bed to a single queen handicap room. If I could get all my money back I would. We even attempted to call another hotel at almost 11 PM about availability because we were that fed up with the constant noise but we ended up just toughing it out. People were partying and smoking marijuana, kids screaming and people stomping up and down the top floor. If you don’t want to get any sleep and you don’t mind kids running around without supervision and people partying then this is the hotel for you. The reviews and pictures online were very deceiving. I would never...

My stay at Ten Pin Inn and Suites was exceptional from start to finish! Andrea, the front desk clerk, greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, setting the perfect tone for our visit. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and exceeded our expectations. I was looking for a cozy, romantic getaway for our anniversary, and the jacuzzi room was absolutely perfect. It was the ideal place for a relaxing retreat, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained and relaxing spot!

We came to town for a friend’s retirement party and had our first chance to experience Ten Pin Inn. We were really impressed by how easy check-in was and how comfortable and clean our room was. It was also nice and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. Next time, we’ll be bringing the grandkids so they can enjoy the arcade!

Big shoutout to the staff for providing superb phone and front desk service. They answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was exactly as shown, spacious, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of healthy options, and the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a great touch. We also loved the value Ten Pin Inn offers—there’s no other hotel in Moses Lake that provides so much for both us and our dog, Ace. We’ll definitely be back!...

I just have to say this hotel is a lil gem for Moses lake. This hotel had a fun bowling theme and is part of a bowling alley & brewery. Our check in was super quick and easy and the gals up front were super friendly. This is a great place to come with a group of friends as we did. One of our rooms was the executive room, what a fun and lovely room. All the rooms were clean and no old hotel odor. This hotel looked like it had some modern updating. All rooms included fridge, microwave, and room coffee machine. Bed was clean and comfortable as well. If I had one complaint about the room it would only be the small bathroom size, but that's not even a complaint. They have a great pool and hot tub area that was open until 10. There was also a nice outdoor patio area next to the pool area. They offered us two free beer coupons for the brewery. The brewery had great bar type food and there was a large bowling alley. There is a gas station and liqour store across the street, although you are pretty much in town to go to any store or dine. We had a group of 13 and we all had a blast and were very comfortable and felt safe. They also had breakfast in the mornings which was perfect. If you're looking for a fun great place to stay I would not pass this place up. Thank you to the great...

It was an average place, even for the area. Its main redeeming feature is it shares the parking lot with its namesake brewery and bowling lanes, which are probably the best evening activities there are in Moses Lake. A huge plus is that you do get a free beer at the brewery every night you stay here. The rooms are eh at best, but they are large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight. The two worst parts of this place are the breakfast and gym. The breakfast is a hot breakfast but the items are very limited and pretty much no fresh fruit and no variety day to day. The gym is located inside the pool area and is only open 8a-10p, so that makes late night workouts impossible. You also need a key from the front desk to get into it, which is annoying. The gym is also tiny, and that is being generous. It has a treadmill, workout bike, and a weight machine with various different exercises you can do with it. None of the items were in very good shape. I would probably not recommend this place and not sure i will stay here again. Another redeeming factor is the location, its in town as opposed to the other hotels are are a few more miles south right off the freeway.

We stayed here for the first time and really enjoyed it! The rooms were cozy, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. While we were disappointed that the mini putt-putt course was closed for the season, we made up for it with a walk to the nearby bowling alley and bowled, and we played arcade games. The hotel does have a gym, but it’s quite small—more of a one-person space with a treadmill, a full-body cable machine, and a seated elliptical bike. The location is excellent, close to downtown. There’s also a pool and hot tub; though we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, we thought this hotel was fantastic overall! Oh, and they have a complementary breakfast!!
