Pita Pit — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Very rude staff. They did not make anything I ordered as I had ordered it. I ordered online and was very clear what I wanted. The staff they have at this pita pit location are rude, unfriendly, and definitely do not like or care much about working here and it shows. When I got my meal it was so wrong, the other 2 pitas I also ordered were wrong as well. When I called to talk to a manager to complain the lady that answered the phone was very short with me and quick to get me off the phone. She didn't ask why I was calling or anything, just said if I wanted to talk to a manager to call Pam who is in Ephrata because they don't have a manager in Moses lake apparently. At least that's what it seemed cuz when I asked when the manager would be available to talk to me she simply told me just to call the Ephrata store if I had an issue that I needed to talk to a manager for. This was the biggest waste of money at any restaurant I've ever seen. The pita not only was made wrong, it was sloppy and fell apart as soon as I took one bite. So in conclusion I will not be wasting anymore time or money on this sorry excuse of a restaurant since nobody cares here about customer service or making things right for a customer when things were made so wrong from the start. so the first time i went there, everything was great. the second time i went there, it was about 9:30 p.m and the were locking up already when they dont close until 10. so i knocked and the guy waved at me and started walking away, then doubled back and said "okay, make it quick". so we go in to order and as he was cooking, his sweat was dripping into the food the whole time. i had my girlfriend with me and as soon as we got both of our well-sweated on pitas, i asked her before she opened it, "so you saw him sweat into both of our sandwiches right?" definitely not going back there any time soon. and i suggest nobody goes there close to...

We have been wanting to try here since we enjoy Mediterranean and anything Greek. But we were skeptical of the fast food vibes. Do not let that happen to you, this place has a sub shop feel, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. But most importantly the woman working is extremely pleasant and the food was great! I'm not sure if she is the owner or manager but she was the only one there, we did have to wait for a moment to get our food but she made sure we were comfortable while we did so.
