The couch I bought broke after 6 months and I never used it. They did not offer insurance. So my advice is to check the bottom of the couch and make sure it is not damaged as I assume the bottom of the one I bought probably came damage. Also, and I cannot STRESS this enough buy insurance YOUR GONNA NEED IT. Unfortunately, a co-worker that used to work for this company told me the hidden truth that they get broken couches sorta fix them then sell them for full prices as new.
