Their Seahawks omelette will put you to sleep ... Yea it's that Amazing!!
But let me tell you what doesnt look the greatest, hold thebeautit behind what happened. My 2nd time here and HAD $8.99 Bisquits and Gravy meal today. 1 B&G, 2 eggs and meat of choice. I chose Germam sasuage. Found out it wasn't home made gravy right after I ordered so said I'll get something else. The waitress told me u really need to try it, so I'm thinking ya know you can do out of the packet gravy really good if you know how to augment it and she's pushing it.... So tried. .., it was chalky and bland. She had said earlier that she'd figure something out. I said like swap it out. She said yea.
She gave me a menu and not one to waste food I said like i suggested earluerwe can keep the meal and just swap out the main part. Cool. I got the French Toast. 3 slices. All done, she hands mea "reworked bill. Tries to hit me for $13.49... Nope we talked about swaping im thinking. Shes there taking a ladys togo order. OWNER walked buy and asked if the $11.00 I had pulled out was ready and I said well and started to say the bill is not right. He looks at her says work it out and walks off.
Gotta say the waitress was polite, very nice and courteous and says to me "Well Is all here individually". -- Having worked in Restaraunt businesses from China Maintance Specialist (Dishwasher) to Head Chef and everywhere inbetween including one of the Top two all Star Servers at Outback Steakhouse. Won like ever competition there was there. Best people person they had ever seen. Comes from door to door selling at college. Boom that happened, Google it, it's all right there. :D
I reminder her and said when this happens or similar you just swap out the one thing they didn't care for if they will agree to that as you ask innocently can I replace that item or? Then super rush the item so his party is not waiting on him etc. Secret here is you save the business food costs by not having to make them a whole new meal.
But Gotta say again, very professional Servers other than that musunderstanding. Who knows the nice woman may have been semi new or just Human and spaced it.
So my Hats off to your crew sir. They did great work, and love the...
Read moreAugust 2025 🎉🎇🎆 Sporty's is back open. We are so happy for them to be back in business. We stopped in for lunch the other day. I ordered the Ruben. The fries 🍟 were crispy outside and tender inside. Excellent skinny fries. The Ruben was very tasty. The service is fantastic 😍. It's awesome to see some of the original faces and a few new ones too. They are still a 21+ age limit. They got their gambling license back and there's something special happening every weekend. Come on back. Savor some of your old favorites and try a few new ones. Welcome Back ❣️
April, 2025 Hi Gang, I've got some bad news 😔. Sporty's has closed down (2025). We heard there were some $$ problems and the business needed to close. We're sorry to see such a popular place close it's doors. We can only hope that someone is able to get it reopened. Maybe 🤔 turn it into a tap room or mini brewery 🤷. We will keep our eyes 👀 and ears 🦻 open for any updates. ✌️.
It's 4 years later. COVID lock down is over and Sporty's is open and thriving. The staff is back and are just as friendly and helpful as ever. Sporty's has opened a a smoking area outside and it's nice. There's a place to sit out of the weather. It's far enough away that the smoke doesn't affect the people inside. My original review is still valid. First impression: Friendly, Dark, noisy, Comfortable. This is a "seat yourself" style Tavern. There are NO minors allowed. The staff are attentive and helpful. It doesn't matter if it is your first or 10+ time to be here, they're welcoming. You can sit at the bar, a booth or a table. The menu is simple, yet diverse. There are lots of TV's showing various sports stations. If you are interested in a draft beer you have a great choice. Want something harder, they got you covered. If you enjoy a beer for home they even have Growler filling station. So the next time you are hungry, stop in and enjoy a REAL local hang out.

Read moreUpdate 10/10/25: Sporty's has reopened, after an extensive plumbing issue closed them down earlier this year. They may be under new management, but I didn't ask. As our previous visit a few years ago, the food is still excellent. Very hearty options, and the Happy Hour apps I ordered for my main meal were quite generous. Wifey wanted her Prime Rib, and scored the end piece, which is always slightly more done than the pink middle cuts. Being a Friday evening, we had to get their Clam Chowder of course, and it was creamy goodness with plenty of clammage. Our server Brent was a cool dude, and the place was jumpin' with a lot of folks who are glad this local legend bar is back...
As good as it gets for a sports bar with a great menu. Singled out for a Prime Rib night for my lovely Wifey, and man-oh-man did they ever deliver the mail in that regard. Beauty cut of prime, and I did get to have several bites from my gal, because well, she kinda likes me. I did their Mooseburger, and it was a solid sender for beefy flavor, and the remnants made a darned nice snack later in the evening at the campsite. Such friendly folks here. We enjoy visiting Moses Lake alot, and this awesome place is just another reason why we...
