This Domino's location is the nearest to my house, so we use it regularly. The food is usually hot, and ready, when they say it will be. I am not one to usually complain, regardless of the service that I receive, because I know what it is like to work with the general public, and how frustrating, and stressful it can be. And how customers, while, "always right," a lot of the time, handle people in the service industry, the wrong way. However, getting any of that hot food that is always ready on time, at all, is completely dependent upon whether or not they will actually answer the phone. For, at least, the last 4-5 months, any, and every time we attempt to call in to place an order, we are on hold, for at very least 30-45 minutes. It would be longer, except I get aggravated, hang up, and call back, only to be met with the same exact fate, unless of course, I want to drive further out of my way to another location. On top of not being able to get someone to answer the phone, the 16 plain chicken wings, that we order, at least twice a week, usually ends up being 13, 14, or 15, rather than 16. Before wing quantities were changed, the price of the 16 piece, was about $4-$5 more than the price of (2) 8 piece, when you mention the $5.99 carry out deal, but you had to argue with the employees in order for them to change the price, because they were not going to give you the better deal unless you were to get loud with them. And if you attempt to speak with a manager, about any issue you have, with your only intention being to make them aware of it, so that it won't happen again, you will, more than likely, be talked to in a condescending manner, and treated like you are a nuisance, rather than a regular, paying, customer, that wants nothing other than what they have paid for, and to be treated with respect...
Read moreThis began last week. My apartment is 6 minutes from the local store. Normally I would order for carryout and be eating within 15 minutes of the notification of it being ready. With my vehicle totaled, I have to get delivery now. I ordered actually a week and a half ago. Everything went pretty standard up to delivery, which took around 38 minutes. I attributed it to traffic and was okay with everything. Besides when I ordered they gave me a code for a free pizza. The delivery guy kept apologizing. After I ate, I noticed another email which said sorry for the bad delivery, here's a code for a free pizza. I thought cool 2 free pizzas. Once I looked, I noticed it was the same code they had given me earlier. So, okay, they turned the thanks into a sorry. No big issue. Free pizza is free pizza. Tonight I ordered the free pizza. Of course I had to order other stuff to get it, but, okay, I was hungry for some wings and cheesy bread anyway. Everything went fine. Took 7 or 8 minutes to get notification of order being quality checked. Then it took 24 minutes to get it out to delivery and another 23 minutes to deliver it. At least the pizza was still a bit warm. Overall, the "We'll make a bad delivery good" delivery took 14 minutes longer than the order they were trying to make up for. Sorry, think the whole...
Read moreI can’t count the amount of times I’ve given this location a chance before writing a review. These people clearly can’t read. Or make a pizza. Or juggle more than one order at a time. The amount of times we’ve brought our order back to the store because it was several ingredients different than what we ordered is outrageous. There have also been a handful of times we ended up just eating whatever they decided to make because we were fed up (like today). Not once, but TWICE, we’ve waited over 2 hours for our order to be completed- just to arrive for pickup when the app said it was ready and have them say, “We tried to call, but we didn’t make your order and we’re closed now.” Which was followed by some CLEARLY made up excuse as to why they didn’t. They never tried to call, which was proven by phone record. Unfortunately my money (and time) will never be refunded. They seriously need to learn how to hire competent people. We won’t be giving anymore chances. ...
