On 8/23/25 my wife and I ordered through the drive through, when we got home our food was not acceptable, the quarter pounder was raw, the bun was greasy and wet,it had what appeared to be black grease on the outer edge of the burger, the box it was served in was also wet and greasy, I will attach photos... When I tried to return the food I had to wait for approximately several minutes, as no employee would even acknowledge that I had been standing and waiting, at this time I spoke up and asked could someone help me. A employee who stated that she was the manager ask what I needed, and I showed her the quarter pounder that was served to us and advised her and showed her that it was raw.she then went to the rear of the prep area and brought back a male employee who said he was the manager and that he had just got there, I tried to explain that I was not pleased with the entire order, but the main concern was they were serving undercooked beef ! His attitude was displaying someone who didn't care, and in fact he shook his head and walked off, and left me standing there with no help, no concern's, and appeared not to care ? I've already called customer service and filed a complaint, and also some concerns about having anyone there that was actually a qualified ( certified food service manager) or having a safe serve card ,as required by law? Undercooked beef is a serious complaint, and one that should have been addressed instead of just walking away, especially when the customer that is complaining about their food being raw, is a retired Food Service Director I I... And truly understands his complaints are justified and need immediate action to correct this issue, rather than just walking away, ? If I m taking the time to file this review, and file a complaint to customer service and support, I will absolutely ensure that the employee who walked away, and would not even consider my complaint understands, that no customer should ever have to be subjected to such arragonce and disrespect that chooses to spend their money, and time at an establishment where there served raw food (Beef) and their staff are not properly supervised when prepping and preparing food .The district manager should look into this location and try to explain to all staff, on the importance of, and doing all they can to prevent the possible outbreak of food Bourne illness ..in closing, corporate will be notified of my concerns and my complaint and I will seek corrective actions to be taken to ensure that this is resolved.....Maybe if state health officers and corporate ,would visit this establishment and ask the manager that walked away when I was trying to prevent anyone from becoming sick from consuming raw meat, is this how we treat the public ? And if he understands how crucial it can become when the food you are serving becomes a food Bourne illness (E. coli O157:H7) , people become seriously ill, or even loose their life or loved ones.UPDATEIt's, 9-23-25, exactly one month to the day of the incident, and not one person has tried to contact me in response to my concerns other than the ( OWNER ) INSTRUCTING ME TO FOLLOW AN APP TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM ??? A TYPICAL BLOW OFF RESPONSE.... I stated in my report, that I had already contacted the customer support and have already talked to,and filed a statement on my concerns?? If the owner cared about the customers, and the public his establishment serves, he should have sent his customer care team to location that served raw ground beef immediately on hearing about the complaint ! ??? Especially when a customer that has professional experience in food service has tried to show great concern on raw beef being served to the public, and was sincerely trying to help prevent a possible outbreak ???? In closing, there's one thing I have learned and believe in, and that is , when someone cares, it shows ! , and unfortunately, when they don't care, it shows 😭 as well.... Understand, my concerns in this incident will not be swept under the rug of cover up...
Read moreOh, where should I began this interesting tale. Perhaps when I pulled up to the drive-through and had to wait for more than five minutes even though there were two other cars in the drive thru and no one in the dining room? I was finally able to place my order and the young man at the window, took my money and gave me correct change. Then I proceeded to the pick up window where I ask a woman if I could have barbecue sauce, she did not respond with yes or no I only snapped at me that it was $.47. Then she proceeds to hand me a small mocha I had ordered a medium and when I told her that I had ordered a medium, she tried to hand me a small and say it was medium no that’s a small no ma’am it is not what I ordered. She handed it to a coworker who kept saying that she had to go, she had to go she had to go, and I literally watch this employee pour the small mocha into a medium cup and hand it to the lady who then turned and handed to me. The audacity is staggering. I then left because I knew it was pointless to continue with the transaction. Then I get to the light and go to eat a fry and my fries are cold. Of course they are. I take a sip of my mocha. There’s no whip cream on this mocha, and it’s made with drip coffee…hands down by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had in my life. I have never written a review for anywhere, but I had to write one just to convey how truly awful the experience was. Clearly no one at this location cares at all about the quality of product they give out to customers and oh by the way if you try to call the restaurant and leave a message or speak to someone the memory on their answering machine is...
Read moreThis place went downhill really quick. Ghetto trash. Buddy and I got off work at 11 PM, got there by 11:20, spent literally over an hour in the line because the lady at the pay window was having a whole conversation yelling out of the window to some other obnoxious lady. That lady was getting in and out of her vehicle to talk to her and even drove around a few times. Lady at the pay window was yelling over a customer's car just to chat it up with her friend. Finally get to pay, then pulled up to see that same lady running out with food and a drink before she got in the back of that vehicle and left with her. Definitely needs to be fired. The next part was absolutely ridiculous. This guy in front of us was even more ghetto than the other two. In fact, this car had some sketchy guy getting in and out of it from the back seat. When they were at the window, taking forever, this guy is literally blasting his horn, beating on the window and yelling when all of a sudden all 3 people in that car get out and start yelling and beating on the doors in the front of the building. Had to call the cops. Disgraceful. However, they had all left before the officer could arrive. The workers didn't seem cooperative at all with him for some reason. Who knows what was going on? Why was I the one who had to call? What were the workers doing? The lady acted pretty nonchalant about it when we pulled up too. If you want food, look elsewhere. If it got this bad, even the franchise owner must be negligent. Plenty of other places are capable of meeting...
