I waited in drive through for over 20 minutes before making it to the speaker, (one car between me and the speaker) got to the speaker and was told to hold on and about fifteen minutes later I asked if the speaker was working, the employee was immediately rude throughout the entire order, I blame it on poor management. after I weeded through getting my order placed it was about 10 minutes before receiving any food... I immediately realized they left out my Large fries and I waved my hand to get another employee to help me as the window was closed in front of me. also they sent my family and several other cars away that were behind me in line, after they all waited several minutes. Finally another employee responded to me and I asked for my large fries. that employee then handed me a bag that felt empty I looked in and I had a large fry carton about 1/4 of the way full. she had already closed the window and walked away without a word. I knocked on the window to get someone's attention the original employee came back I asked "Is this what yall cake a large fry?" she said "I don't know what they call a large fry." she closed the window and walked away then the other employee came back with a proper large fry... she was rude she didn't acknowledge me besides to roll her eyes at me. I chalk this up to piss poor management from base level up to at least regional management. I hate feeling like I inconvenience a service or goods provider by paying them for their services or goods. these people also didn't provide a receipt for my purchase. the way they treated me made me fighting mad, but I opt...

But I was "blown away" by the quality of the food and service at this particular location. I was greeted promptly and my order was confirmed. Even though the dining room was closed I decided to eat my burger in the parking lot. Much to my surprise, my Dave's Double with Cheese was INCREDIBLE. The meat patties were not over cooked and the condiments were proportionate...as they should have been. Typically, when I dine at one of the major fast food restaurants, I end up with a mushy burger and a lap full of catsup and mustard. Not this time. I knew that there was something different when I unwrapped the burger. It looked like the commercial on tv. Although this may have been an anomaly, I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Service is absolutely not friendly and matter of fact attitude.
I told them an item was missing, and they said it's in there. I was right, and they were wrong.
I have talked to several people in our area who are quite going there either because the staff is rude and arrogant and stuffy and / or out of items regularly.
Sad our group used to go there 2 to 3 times a week, spending several hundred dollars.
Well, go to McDonald's or whataburger Or Taco ๐ฎ bell ๐
They treat us better and not out of items all the time.
And if you go through drive through.. They will really get you big time, and then you have to go in to get it fixed, and it defeats the drive-through experience .
God forbid ๐ซ you drive home ๐ก and find out you got jacked at Wendy's.
