I must say I'm a mcdonald's fan, but the more I experience mcdonald's in moultrie, the more I hate it. The service that me and my family gets is unacceptable, disgusting and very very poor quality!! they forget something in my little girls happy meals, they give me and my fiance the wrong order or something is missing every time in our order. The food quality sucks, the fries or saggy and cold, the burgers or missing condiments in it, or the meat is dry, old and cold. They can't even do the mocha frappes that my fiance and I like the right way. they never know what my order is, so I give my receipt to them and they still don't read what's on it and I have to constantly let them know that they didn't fulfill my order. The employees get attitudes with you, they always rushing like a chicken with their head cut off, management is not good, they are running the business like they never ran a business before. There business management is horrible and not together at all. What they need is better management, better employees, and better service. All of them needs to care about their consumers and put out good quality food, the people that help them get a salary. They just want your money and give you crappy food in return. I would go to them on average about 6 times a month and I would spend at least $18 there each time. From this day forward, they are not getting not a dime, nor a penny from me ever again!! I order they repeated it and it was right went to the window she repeated it again payed her went to the second window the young girl had our drinks ready gave it to me then she closed the window sat there for 5 mins came back told me to move up to the corner and we sat there for another 10 minutes a young girl came to my van twice with the two orders that wasn't ours itvwaa the cars that was behind me . The girl came back and ask me again what was my order in stead telling her my daughter gave me the receipt and I hand it to her she went back in and 5 mins later a young man came out asking me what was my order and I told him and I ask him what was the hold up and he said I don't know ma'ma I just clocked in and I'm trying to figure it out for you. I told him Thank You and when you do figure out please make sure I have everything in it he said yes ma'ma.. 20 mins later that young man found my order .. There was manger kept walking out side with another customer helping them with there order and she seen me sitting there and didn't say nothing to me ma'ma what is the hold up why you still sitting here or nothing .. This McDonald's needs someone who can run that place and stay on top of things better what they are doing .. Read moreSunday, October 9,2022. This McDonalds is a true disgrace to the franchise. Ordered food thru faulty terminal. 12:40pm. No receipt. Notified man behind counter who was fixing orders that I didn't receive an order number. Told me he'd check on it. There are 10 people waiting inside. Nobody at register. All we can hear is the manager yelling full force at the top of her lungs at an employee in the back. Shameful. Absolutely unprofessional. She didn't stop yelling for more than 30 minutes. I know, because I didn't receive my food until 1:15pm. Never got an order number either. Matter of fact, only 3 of the 10 had order numbers or receipts because of the self-serve terminals not wotking properly. The man just started dropping food bags on the to-go counter and hollered "order #__". We (customers) had to look in the bags and call off the order items so people could claim their food. I did say SHAMEFUL, right. Once I received my food, my husband went to get his drink and 2 roaches crawled across the floor in front of him. He mentioned it out loud and those waiting just laughed. Another roach was crawling up the glass door as we left the building. I don't know the owner or manager of this location, but I will be doing some research on it. This will be reported to corporate.
