Artisan bakery, inventive flavors, professional quality. Many bakeries underbake their croissants or under laminate/over proof them. We are so excited that this caliber of bakery has opened so close by. The apple tart just out of the oven was such a quintessentially autumn desert, with an apple-forward flavor, yet not overwhelmed by too much crumble. My friend chose a strawberry roulade that had just the right amount of crisp sandwiched between appropriately sweetened cream—not overly so. The choux on chocolate eclair still had a bit of bite, revealing how freshly it was made. Mt Airy is so lucky these bakers have arrived!

Phenomenal pastries made FROM SCRATCH. Fresh as can be. I’m so happy this bakery is finally open! I’ve come here far too many times and haven’t been disappointed with anything’s they’ve baked. This is a family run bakery and the owners are so friendly and always make you feel welcome. We’re so lucky to have them here. Support local businesses!! I hope they are here for a long, long time!

The croissants are super good. The hours are incorrect wherever you look on the internet. The photo I added is the hours posted on the door. Me and 4 other families showed up on Saturday for pastries with no luck
