Workers are very nice. Store is always clean. I really don't have any complaints about this store besides the prices for phones, which isn't the stores fault, but I did have one thing that rubbed me the wrong way! I'm a bus driver by day and get no bathroom breaks! So when I came here to buy a phone at the end of my shift, I had to go really bad! They told me they don't open their bathrooms to the public, which I do understand, but after they told me that they let 3 bratty little kids use their bathroom! If ur not gonna open ur bathrooms to the public, then that should go for everybody including little kids! Seriously, what makes kids so damn special? They too should have been told to go use the bathroom at Walmart like I had too! No exceptions! Other than that, I can't complain! And I will be back to keep upgrading my phone every few years! As an ex-cricket customer, I'm very disappointed with how unprofessional the employees have been at this specific location. They're very rude and refuse to assist their customers while they're on their phones conversating instead of working. I have encountered & witnessed first hand how they work. When I had a question they completely disregard it or they point to their Bluetooth as if I interrupted whatever conversation they were having instead of assisting me. It was very unprofessional. I will no longer be referring people to do business with them and I'm happy to be doing business elsewhere that appreciates me as a customer. I would first like to mention that this review is coming from someone that works in customer service and have over 20 years of experience in this field. I walked into the Cricket store yesterday with a budget of $200 in dire need of a phone, screen protector, and case. Mr. Moe was very attentive while multi tasking between myself and another customer and he worked within my budget. Not only did I leave his store with everything I was looking for, but I also received perks like Max for free with my phone.
