I was going to let this go, but imagine my surprise to know that someone in the reviews had almost an identical experience. We came in about 2 weeks ago with our two children. We dined in. We ordered 4 $5 deals. We get the food to the table and we noticed that all 4 of our fries are missing. So, not even a single minute later I head over to the counter to let them know and to get our fries. I was met with a manager. Short, heavy set, white lady, with dark hair. She comes over to me and says "What do you need?" I tell her we didn't get our fries, we were missing 4 small fries. She looks at me with a puzzled expression and then turns to her coworker and says, "I SAW you put fries on that tray" and quickly leaves before I could even say anything. She comes back with my fries in a bag and says "I need the good karma anyway". I grabbed the fries and turned away because I know better than to cause a scene in public with my children there. She then, stepped out from behind the counter to check from across the room if my family had any fries at the table. I told my husband, and at the end of our meal he went up there to make a complaint with another manager, tall white woman also heavy set, who really didnt care about what we had to say. They both didnt waste time giggling and talking about us as we left. It is hilarious and ironic that the one chick is practically begging the universe for "good karma" after being rude to people. She works at McDonald's. I think that's probably a good indicator of where her karma is taking her. You get a little badge that says manager and a black polo and all the sudden the power goes to your head. 😂 you're a shift manager, babes. Not Sherlock Holmes. 😂 she thinks she has her own little TV show our something with her little catch phrase "I NeEd the GoOd KaRmA AnYWaY". 😂
Yeah, so hope you consider firing her. Literally anyone...
Read moreAs Mc Donald's keep serving fake burgers for nearly 6 bucks and over 10 dollars for a meal er need to go home and buy the ingredients that would make a better dinner. And to know what you put into the food... Most restaurants you don't see in thier kitchens to see how clean they are. Like McDonald's many employees I've seen don't wash their hands at all after coming out of the rest rooms. The trash gets more attention than cleaning your hands now a days. Keep your area prices down just stay at home to eat if your that unskilled to fix your own ask a friend in the long run you won't get sick. All the fast food chains are guilty of this . When you don't frequently go to a place you will see prices will come down. The problem exists because you pay a employees 15 an hour to work for Bett wages but the business owner of the franchise will raise food cost to get it back. And no pay attention to detail are used any more so the work ethic is not always used. Time to go back to basics and nake the food yourself. You will pay for the items you need by a little more but be able to feed more people by doing so. .remember this fact The FDA says if you have mire than 2%of anything real in the food (hamberger meat ) it's real. What a sick thought. The only chain that has mire beef in the burgers they make is Wendy's. At 33% real. Imagine that!!! Five guys & girl's are at 75% real ground meat. No one is at 100% ... we live in awkward times that are really not good. Best burger you can find is a 75% ground chuck meat with a brisket of beef mix. That will beat any burgers out there. And few restaurants make them. Taste and see. Pray over your food...
Read moreOn wednesday August 2nd around 1010 p.m., I made my nigjtly trip to my neighboring Mcdonalds. Ibwas greeted by a friendly team member and asked her fo a Hot fudge sundae with extra fudge topping.(which i was charged &paid for) Since i go there almost every night, many of the workers know my order. When the girl was making it, the manager on duty was counting the drawers. As the team member walked over to hand me my sundae, the MOD said to her , "no throw that out & make another one." She also stated " its on pump on top and one pump on bottom." Know my original sundae to her had way too much. So when tje team member wentnto make me another one after she threw out the old the MOD commented to saying "calm down". I was confused by this because there was no reason for to say this. I than said vare you speaking to me". She said "um yea."(how professional). I told her theres no reason for you to speak to me this way and I am a paying customer and I paid for my extra topping. She then was contiuing to be unprofessional by saying things like "whatever". As I grabbed the new sundae the MOD finally said "I GET OFF AT 11 p.m. What would be the reasoning to tell me her shift gets done at 11. I have not ever had a problem with this specific restaurant and like I stated before I go there anout 4 to 5 times a week. I have never been treated like that before...
