Lucky 7 Deli Mt Holly — Restaurant in Mount Holly Township

This place deserves NO STARS! I sadly had to give one since google made me. I heard nothing but good things about this place a few months ago. Friends said it was great and the food was actually cooked and not freezer food. Well they must have gotten a new cook or my friends had smoked a lot of weed before they ate there.

Here’s how my order became my dogs dinner….

We ordered from DD but picked it up since I didn’t have a lot of money to spend on dinner. If I can’t tip a decent amount I don’t get delivery. So we ordered two orders of chicken fingers (the meal CAME with fries) We opened our orders and all that was there were the chicken tenders. No fries . We ordered a few sides as well but one was unavailable. So instead of refunding our money for the side they decided to give us a large order of curly fries. So basically we didn’t get the fries that we paid for and they charged us for the curly fries we didn’t want. Besides feeling ripped off the food was bad… my 12yr old niece is just learning to cook and her food is better than what we paid for. The chicken was over cooked freezer food and the fries were wet. Overall worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in years.

This is actually my first bad review because no one has ever been bad enough to make me wanna post one.

I've been buying from this place for a few months since I work right down the street and it's convenient and a shorter distance than wawa. To start, a few weeks ago I ordered a pepper sausage and onion (they have a menu so it's in text) and I somehow got peppers steak and NON fried onions and they argued with me for 10 minutes when I came back with my sandwich until I found my receipt.

Then today a coworker ordered 6 breakfast bite sandwiches (.99 cents) over the phone, he said he repeated the order 3x since the Pakistani who answered the phone didn't understand.

When I got there instead of being $6 in sandwiches it turned out to be $38 in platters. When I argued over it he kept saying "well I already made them!" I ended up buying them since I was on the clock at work. Come to find out they forgot the other sandwich, when I asked them to make it (since I paid for it) they ended up making it with fried eggs and a soggy roll instead of scrambled eggs. The food is mediocre and now that I can't even get the correct food I will never return.

UNTIL THIS PLACE FIND SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH GO ELSEWHERE. Your food will be wrong, the meat will be fatty, and the service will be poor. Heed...

I called and was immediately told to hold on and then heard a few people screaming around saying SOMEONES TRYING TO ORDER SOMEONE'S TRYING TO ORDER they seemed to have no idea what was going on.. I ordered two bacon belly buster sandwiches. Got home and was given two regular belly buster sandwiches. I called and was told it was my fault because I asked for pork bacon? I explained the bacon is fine but there is additional stuff on the sandwiches and thats not the sandwich I ordered. He said that there are no different belly buster sandwiches and there's only one kind I said I looked at the menu and asked if the menu was wrong he said no I am wrong and all the belly buster sandwiches are the same. He said he would not remake it or anything and I can come return it if ibwanted. I just wanted my food to be correct as all. So I picked apart the sandwiches myself and added more bacon at home. Food was okay the customer service was probably the worst...
