McDonald's I actually was very impressed the girl at the register was very sweet she understood me and her English was very good and I could tell improving and that's not saying anything at all I'm not saying that's the bad thing I think that's a good thing you know because my Spanish isn't the best so and I also couldn't remember my number from the machine she was so sweet and kind everything was in there how it should be the correct sauces napkins ketchup she was on point and she was doing a lot by herself and not breaking a sweat I wish I would have gotten her name so I can let McDonald's and everyone know what a great employee they have and I think it's amazing you know sometimes my experience is there aren't the best but someone always trust her rectify the situation of she was doing this morning was taking care of and it was great so I wish I knew her name so the employer knows that they have a wonderful young lady working for them that went above and beyondnormally I have to ask for something or something isn't right you know little mistakes here and there when I go in but no girl had everything on lock she was on point she was on her game that day and nobody was stopping her at all and even though I feel like I messed up with the number situation she did not bad and I like I've dealt with some people and she was like oh it's okay no no problem so the girl deserves a raise that's for sure because I saw who she was dealing with before me and she just kept a smile on her face and was still gracious and said thank you even though some of that sentiment wasn't returned and I hated that for her but it did not face her a bit she still smiled and you know it was gracious even think to them and made sure everything was correct and you know she was unbothered by the fact that someone was not giving her respect but she still was showing respect and I think that is amazing so to her parents you have raised a wonderful young ladybecause I know when I worked in fast food when I was younger people could be horrible I mean it was awful even if it wasn't your fault it was taken out on you and this girl she was unbothered so maybe we will keep doing your thing and just do you and such a beautiful smile and a great just vibe from her you know there was no negativity about this girl nothing but good vibes but when I do find out her name I will make sure that I let everyone know and also make sure that I do go and give her a shout out on how well she's done and let her know because it's the way people have become so entitled and think that you're in the wrong for asking for your food to be right or if you're asking for something to be situated or fixed that you know oh huff and puff it's your fault why are you making me fix this sort of thing how you know some people can be but you know this girl no not at all so...

Remember you have to speak to others sometimes and redirect situations! So talk to them when youâre waiting for food, let them know you see them! They are grateful for thank yous and understanding when they are busy. These guys here work hard keeping this location clean, fast, and friendly! My kids LOOOVE the drive thru workers when we canât go in! They remember them and speak to them and tell them jokes at the windows! The teens they have working here are RESPECTFUL, and work hard! Our food is always hot and fresh, if something is ever wrong on an order, itâs usually during a busy time, but they ALWAYS are super fast to fix it! The bathrooms are always clean and stocked! The inside Play Place is aways clean and temperature controlled! To be one of the only fast food burger joints in town, they ROCK IT ALLLLLL DAY!!! If your babies work at this location, parents just know WE SEE THEM, AND PRAISE THEM EVERY TIME WE SEE THEM!!! The people who work here are part of our village and they put up with SOOOO many negative comments daily that they are learning to redirect situations constantly with a good attitude!!! Our FAVORITE workers just to name a few who deserve some recognition, one of the managers Taylor! Mrs Angela who is ALLLLLWAYS working and runs around those kids in there like sheâs 16 again! (This woman deserves a promotion and a BIG raise by the way! I see her doing EVERYTHING!! SHE AINT SCARED!) Shay who is ALWAYS the sweetest and my kidâs FAVORITE drive thru personality lol!! She always comes out of her way to say hello to EVERYONE even when she sees you outside of this place!!!! Thereâs another lady in the drive thru that I canât remember her name I literally have to ask every time lol, but sheâs always smiling and in a cheery mood, and she tells me a new joke every time I come through and it literally makes my damn day EVERY TIME!!!    Read morePlaced order for delivery, upon receipt I received the total opposite of what I even ordered, contacted support through delivery service. They re ordered and placed it on a sped up order. Once I received the new order. I once AGAIN did not receive my complete order. Stanton enterprise should really take a look at the top down due to how many times there have been issues from this location. New management to either have higher expectations or hold people accountable. Donât understand why most people donât take pride in their work nowadays, all you have to do is go back to rudimentary level and learn to at minimum count the items that are going into the bag and by then you would find that there is one item missing. Today was the straw that broke for sure even though a small task, I can personally say that I always took the time to check to ensure order accuracy was paramount. During my short tenure at another McDonaldâs location. This is unacceptable in many different aspects, and Iâm in a time crunch and to have the order placed twice in less than an hour and it be incorrect twice is unacceptable. Other restaurants have streamlined the order accuracy issues and I consistently order from other places through the same delivery service. I donât experience these issues so it comes down to this specific location, and it starts at the top and trickles down. This specific stores accuracy is probably the lowest percentage in this metro area with all the issues I personally have gone through and seems like nothing ever gets done about it.
