First time I have ever complained about the food industry as I know dealing with hungry customers can be stressful but last night was ridiculous. I placed an order for a plain cheese hot n ready pizza at 5:30. App stated the pizza would be ready by 6 which seemed like a long wait considering these pizza are suppose to be made in advanced for walk in customers. I arrived at around 5:55 with my wife and three children under 4 waiting for me in the car (bought the pizza for a quick dinner after needing to go out shopping). Building had a group of customers in the front and all employees were in the back. After waiting for about 15 mins I heard an employee call my name to ask if I was there. I responded and could see her boxing up a cheese pizza in the back so figured it must be my order. The employee then put the pizza in the warming area and tried to go back to the back of the building again. I figured they might not have heard me when I answered, so I was able to ask if that order was mine as they just called my name. The employee told me that it was not my order and that they never called out my name (even though the other customers waiting all said the employee most definitely did). I then waited another 15-20 minutes for the pizza to be finished. Altogether roughly an hour wait on the most basic order which Little Caesar’s claims are available already hot n ready. When I got home, I took a picture of the pizza they gave. The dough at the top was so thick it wasn’t even cooked through all the way and raw in the middle and as you can see the pizza itself was not made to any sort of standard. The last few times I have gone the customer service has been pretty bad but never complained. This place use to be better so not sure what changed in the last year or so but appears more training and maybe have someone out front to actually try and assist customers. Other notes is the place also comes across as dirty and run down. I hope they are able to fix some of these problems because it would be nice to be able to go for a quick pizza when needed. After waiting so long for such a basic order I think I will be ordering from other places in the future until they can actually provide the hot n ready pizza’s on the spot or at least not make customers wait so long for them.(not to mention having the dough cooked all the way)

If only I could give a -star. The pictures I have attached are from 03/30/23, at the Mount Holly, Highland Street location. This place has been in shambles for years, but never have I ever seen it this bad! These pictures were taken as I waited for more than 30 minutes to get my online order. Of course you can't get a refund in-store when purchased online... pizza went straight to the burn pit. The guy operating the register pictured below was also stuffing bags of bread, no gloves, no sanitation. There was a disgusting fan blowing on freshly made pizza at the boxing/cutting station. The warmers appeared to not have been wiped down since the day they opened.. and god don't get me started on whatever is all over those salt/pepper/cheese bins under that counter. Just look at the walls! Just absolutely disgusting. I paid $50 to burn their pizza.

Would rate higher but they took all the benches out of the lobby. Now when you're waiting for your order you have to stand. There are 4 adults and 2 kids standing around in here and another couple standing outside waiting for thier food. This place could house like 3 five foot benches easily. 4 if they had one out front. Like I'd get it if this was an in and out type situation but if you come here, you're going to wait. It just comes with the territory. I could legitimately learn ballroom dancing in here... aaaand I waited so long I'm the only one left. Let me snap some pics and show you what I'm referring to. Oh yeah, and the 🍕 is ok. You know what you're getting into when you eat lil cease.

Ordered 2 pizza plus soda plus bread plus wings. $33 turned to $46 including 15% tip. Took an hour. The amazing thing is you can track the status of the delivery. I was watching the status of the car on the map delivering my pizza but noticed he is all over the place. It gave me an approximate time when it will arrive. 10 mins later, I tracked the delivery vehicle and it zig zag all over the places, so I called the driver to find out if he is lost. Apparently, the driver is not employed by the pizza place. He is a subcontractor (driver dash) and he said he has many deliveries and will drop off my pizza when close by. It took another 15 after the time estimate. The driver finally showed up and no soda. He said he has no soda on his list. I showed him my order list from the website and he said he has no soda on his list so no soda. He made a note and sent to somebody. He did apologize. Was not his fault if it is not on his list of things to pick up.

I called the store and told them I was not delivered a soda. They said the driver is responsible for that. I told them he has no soda on his list so how could he be responsible for that? The guy on the phone said when then they have no soda on the orders. I said yes there is and I was charged for it. He said it was not the teller nor his fault because the soda is up front and if it was in the orders, they would have provide it. So what I ordered online didn't show up on their computer? Long story short, he said he can write my name down and I can stop by to get a soda for free. I am not after a free soda that I was charged for. Just want to point out that one thing was missing from my order. The 3 stars represent the longer than anticipated delivery and...

Today I placed a delivery order through their app, for my family. Driver drops off 3/13 of the items I ordered, says he’s with doordash (which was never disclosed that their delivery service is through a third party). He stated that as the driver, that was all he’d been given and there was nothing he could do. I then called the store to see what the issue was, and to see if I could come get the remainder or my order or how we could fix this issue. I spoke to manager “Magna” who proceeded to yell and cuss at me for 20 minutes telling me she had no record of my order, although she apparently cooked half of it. & there was nothing she could do to help me, I asked over and over how she was going to fix this and she continued to tell me to calm down, and that I wasn’t giving her the Information, yet she never once asked for time of purchase, order details, nothing. Just yelled at me over and over that there was nothing she was going to do, I asked her why she wouldn’t just cook my missing food so I could come pick it up and she said because she had no access to online orders - yet she made part of it. I then asked for general, regional and corporate’s information and she refused to give me any information. So I would like to be contacted to handle this terrible excuse of a manager that you have!! Absolutely disgusting how I was spoken to, but it was getting close to her store closing so she probably didn’t want to add anymore to her work load. How...
