My wife and I in town visiting family and decided to stop by the new Taco Bell in town for carry out. First pulled into drive through lane and discovered no menu or speaker. Sign said “hearing impaired please pull to window.” Pulled up to window and was ignored. Another car in the other lane had ordered and pulled behind us. Didn’t want them to have to wait on us so pulled back around to other lane and then saw the sign “online orders only” which was only visible from south side and we came in first from north side and couldn’t see it. Well that set the stage for us.
My wife ordered an advertised Gordita Box. She was told they no longer have that. So she ordered the other “Crunchy” Gordita Box. I order the 3 Taco meal with Dew. And my wife ordered a Diet Pepsi. Plus we ordered a single Gordita for sis-in-law. We also asked for a bunch of Hot Sauce & Diablo Sauce. They came in a bag and only 5 items. We told clerk we were missing 2 box items. We gave him the bag to check and he said it was all there. No box? He said no “boxes” just bagged items. But my wife ordered a 3 piece Box. He said we got what we ordered and nothing he could do about it.
I suggested we just go in and order the box but she was angry and didn’t want to deal with them angry. So we went to sis-in-laws with. Then we discovered NO sauces at all! Now ordinarily Taco Bell is a fav of mine but confusion and rudeness takes this one off our list to ever visit again.
Hopefully they can hire people with better demeanor or they will not be there long. Especially when another Taco Bell is only...
Read moreI am very DISSATISFIED with this Taco Bell location. The only reason why we go here is because it's convenient and closer to us, but we are going to start going to another location because every single time we go here our order is either messed up or the employees are awful.... While that is one thing, tonight was just a different scenario. My husband and I always place online orders, and when we pulled up to the window they told us that they were out of the strawberry freeze we ordered. We don't like the other freezes that they have, so we asked them to sub for another nacho fry (that is even cheaper than said freeze). They forced us to get another drink instead of subbing for something else we wanted instead. They said "we don't do refunds here." I'm sorry but no, this is unacceptable. Either give me what I paid for, let me sub for something I want, or give me my money back. And to top that, they purposely did not give us the sauce we asked for. We will not be going back to this location. The employees...
Read moreI love Taco Bell. One thing I've learned (and love) about Taco Bell in general is that the food is always freshly made. However, I'm not sure what's going on at this Taco Bell that every time I go here the food just tastes old. Breakfast crunch wrap with old potatoes and bacon instead of fresh hashbrowns, nachos tasted like they were fried in week-old oil. It's most unfortunate because this location is very new and is 5 minutes from my house but I will drive twice the distance to go to the one in Belmont and I would too if I were you.
Edit: I forgot to mention the staff is rude. I actually heard one of them in the speaker mocking me. Every time I pull up to the window or speaker they seem like they're either drugged or just have absolutely no desire to be there. I actually feel bad for the management, but it also seems like management must not care too much since based on these negative reviews, changes should have...
