Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

This store has always been the best Jets around and the manager, Ramsey, has always been excellent and made sure his employees make quality orders. We ordered 2 weeks ago and had a horribly messed up pizza delivered that was inedible. I called and spoke with another manager, Justin, and he assured me they could remake the pizza at another time and would make a note to that affect on my acct. Forward to this Saturday and I called and spoke to Joe about remaking the pizza to which he acted like he had zero idea of what to do or how to help me, he acted like I was making things up! He finally located the credit on my acct and took the order. When we got to the store to pickup my husband had the worst customer experience ever and the employee handling things had a complete care less attitude. The pizza ended up being worse than the first order but after the way the employee acted we felt we couldn't even talk to him to fix it. We ended up just driving away very frustrated. I know this location is going through staffing changes but this was ridiculous. Very disappointing experience. I feel like this location has done a complete nosedive in just a few short months. ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS WANTED TO DO SOMETHING NICE AND ORDER ME SOMETHING TO EAT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN SO NICE TO THEM. I WORK IN RETAIL JUST AS THIS PLACE HERE. I RECEIVED MY FOOD WITH SUCH A MINOR PROBLEM THAT THE WAY I WAS TREATED I WILL NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH JETS PIZZA AGAIN.

A SANDWICH AND SALAD AS ORDERED AND DELIVERED... MIND YOU A SALAD REQUIRES A FORK. I DIDNT GET ONE, I CALLED ASKED ABOUT IT AND WAS TOLD UNLESS YOU ASK WE WILL NOT DELIVER WITH THE FOOD NOR DELIVER AFTER. THEY HAVE DRIVERS DRIVE BY THE STORE WHERE I WORK AT LEAST 2/3 A HOUR. THE BEST METHOD IS TO SAY WE WILL HAVE THE NEXT DRIVER DROP ONE BY.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THIS VERY SIMPLE REASON.. IT COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED A WHOLE LOT BETTER BUT THEY CHOOSE TO DELIVER FOOD BUT NO WAY TO EAT IT AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO.... WOW ENOUGH...

I am so pleased by the customer service we got from the young men who worked here today 🥹 earlier I ordered from Jets however DoorDash brought it. I’m not a DoorDash fan and don’t order from them however today this is who had to bring it. I was not happy when the DoorDash guy left my food on my porch and didn’t ring my doorbell. When I saw the food out there it was ants and flies on it!

I called the DoorDash driver right away however he could not speak English to understand me telling him to come back for that food. Anyway Jets was amazing when I called back, they offered me a refund and to remake for free. They even wanted to give me a cookie or drinks which I was ok, but still!!!! So sweet.

The first guy I can’t remember his name but was a sweetheart! Then I called back to reorder it tonight and the second young man I spoke with was just as kind! They insisted on making this right even though it was not their fault. We really appreciate you guys being so sweet and well mannered young men. That means so much to my husband and I.
