Being a TN transplant, never had heard of Whitt’s - so wife and I decided to give it a try. Come to find out, this location has no seating- it’s drive-through only (???). Kind of strange, considering that it appears that there is more than ample room/empty space within the building to accommodate at least a few patrons with a place to park their derrières... guess the owner doesn’t think so. Anyway, tried the shredded pork and turkey and brought it home - both decent, nothing special, and too salty, IMO (watch the sodium). When we ordered the rolls, the kid at the window literally handed me an over-priced bag of store-bought buns that I could have gotten at Walmart for 99-cents. Not what I was expecting... There are better bbq...

I typically hate sharing negative reviews but this was a complete waste of money. $42 for a half rack of ribs, a bag of chips, a Mac n cheese and chicken wings. I wouldn’t be mad about the price if the food was quality but unfortunately it was not. The food was cold and obviously had been sitting for a long time. The ribs and chicken wings were tough and dry, the seasoning was poor and the sauce didn’t help anything. The only positive thing about this place was that the people were nice enough.
