Planet Fitness — Local services in Mount Juliet

I'm a new member to Planet Fitness. I've never tried any of their gyms. In my past I've used 24 hr fitness and worked there as well. I haven't really tried out the gym in its entirety. Not even close. I came here because they offer tanning, hydro massage, chair massage and red light therapy. All of those perks come with the black card membership, plus full access to all of what the gym offers.. You also get personal trainer options with that membership. In my opinion you actually get a ton especially for what you pay. Like I've said I've used other gyms in the past,listed one of them above. The cost was insane and it seemed to go up often. Planet Fitness costs were low even when adding in the yearly membership fee of $49 bucks. Overall you can't beat the price. I'm new like I said. So I haven't really had a chance to use the gym, once I do I'll be able to accurately review it in it's entirety. But so far so good and I'm moving soon and they seem to have these gyms everywhere, I've already looked into it. Which reminds me... The sign up was extremely easy, extremely simple and when moving locations all I have to do is notify my home gym location so they can switch my home gym to my new location on their end. I won't even have to mess with that aspect which makes the move even easier... Lastly, the gym employees, especially the guys who were working when I signed up, were exceptionally good. Great customer service. They answered ALL of my many questions, we're extremely informative and helpful. Great customer service. It's refreshing to see employees who seem to actually like their jobs, know their jobs and who go out of their way to give such awesome customer service. Nowadays that's a rarity.. Easy 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars EASY......

I have been a member for years and just recently have decided to cancel my membership for good. Planet fitness was double charging me for 3 different months and when I found out about it they told me I was delinquent. I was approached by 2 very young ladies whom embarrassed me in front of many people at front desk, and told me I was not allowed in the facility if I was delinquent. Come to find out I was never delinquent, they had charged an old debit card that I had lost, and it of course never processed. My bank account showed every payment for every month on time. Management refuses to address their front staff unprofessionalism, so u am taking my business elsewhere. To say the least, Planet Fitness has borderline fraudulent behaviors with their software, so everyone be aware that they will keep charging a card even if it is no longer in your possession. Visa is the only card company that allows them to do this because you have a subscription. It is fraud. Planet Fitness has also been reported by many to the BBB for this. Take my advise and please spare yourself the headache, and find...

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I've got to say, not only has going to the gym changed my life around, but the people who work there have really done a number on me. This has become my second home. When I first walked into the door back in July I was immediately greeted by James. He showed me around the place and shortly after signing me up I started working out with him and his close friends who work there. Talk about motivation!! I love all of the staff; Gabby, Nate, Erin, Alex, Stacey, Brayden, Mike... they are SO encouraging and helpful. I've gained knowledge, strength, happiness, and a "gym family" ever since I've started coming to this Planet Fitness. I'm there roughly 6 days a week. Of course, like everyone else has said, this gym is the cleanest around. I know a friend who lives in Nashville, she told me she comes all the way to this PF just because of how clean it is. Bottom line: If you're worried about walking into a gym and not finding helpful, knowledgeable, and FRIENDLY staff, I can assure you that you shouldn't have anything to worry about PF in...
