Ramblewood Country Club — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the impeccable service that Katie provided on wedding night. I would not suggest anyone do their wedding at this venue. It was a nightmare from the second we walked in to get ready. The staff we dealt with were unprofessional, rude, and not willing to assist PAYING customers. I was told when booking with this venue that the day would be about me, and my wedding, yet they overbooked, and gave us minimal assistance. They made it seem like my wedding was an inconvenience to them. When my hair and makeup company asked for chairs, it was an issue. They provided a great deal of stress the day of the wedding, when they should be the ones providing comfort and assistance. Most of the vendors I was dealing with the day of were beyond embarrassed for Ramblewood Country Club due to the unprofessional, inferior assistance they provided. Everything we asked to do that day was an issue, and we were told no as PAYING CUSTOMERS. We worked with the same wedding coordinator throughout the whole process, including our rehearsal walk-through and yet we had a substitute the day of without notice who treated us with the upmost disrespect. Gabrielle was amazing throughout the whole process, until she failed to notify us that she would not be there the day of. We were told she had a wedding to attend that day but nobody notified us that she would not be there so we were under the impression that the person we’ve been dealing with this entire time would be there for my big day. She had stated to me that they would be there to assist with set up, yet no one was available to help, and it seemed like we were in the way, or annoying them. I had multiple girls in my bridal party who stayed that their wedding venue would NEVER treat them the way we were treated that day. If we had not already paid in full, we would have left the venue with all of our decorations and set up in a backyard. It was embarrassing as a bride to continuously have people coming up to me complaining about the venue, and the way they were being talked down to. I would not suggest this venue go a single person due to the way we were treated in the process of getting ready for the wedding. The staff we dealt with at the actual reception were wonderful, and that's the only reason I will leave 2 stars. I've tried for the past.2 days to revel in the glory of the fact that I married my bestfriend, however the way I felt that day leading up to it has made such a negative memory of the day. I had my wedding on 5/20/2023 at Ramblewood CC. As soon as I walked through those doors for a tour I knew I would be having my wedding here. The grounds were beautiful, the reception space was large, the ceremony space was gorgeous, and the indulgence room was so unique like nothing I had ever seen before!

After the tour of venue Gabrielle brought us in her office and showed us even more photos of weddings that have previously been there to see an actual set up view of what our day could possibly look like. She answered every single question we had before we could even ask. You can tell Gabrielle really loves her job and loves to see people in love! Gabrielle would email me randomly just to check in and see if we needed anything or had any questions in the months leading up to the wedding, she accomodated any of my requests, she gave suggestions if she thought something might be better. Gabrielle is the most detailed and professional woman when it comes to her job and it helped us have the perfect day.

The day of my wedding was a breeze, I did not worry about one thing from the venue I knew they had it taken care of. Katie our day of coordinator was AMAZING! She was always there when you needed her. She is your buddy for the day and helps you in anyway she can. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital the day before our wedding with pneumonia and Katie took such good care of him. She was shoving water down his throat at all times, bringing him a wet towel, and insisting he take a break when needed. I am forever grateful for Katie she is an absolute saint of a lady! The entire staff at Ramblewood is just spectacular, from the bartenders, to the waiters, to the bussers everyone goes above and beyond for you. They were even helping my father who is in a wheelchair get around.

I have zero complaints about Ramblewood and my guests just raved over the place. (They still are too lol) if I could give any advice to someone reading this review it would be, If you want to have the best wedding, book with Ramblewood I PROMISE you you will not regret it.

I literally just had my wedding reception at Ramblewood yesterday and felt very compelled to write a review because the day was beyond every expectation I ever had. Last year was my original wedding date October 9th 2020. Given restrictions around covid Ramblewood worked with me to have a small ceremony of 19 people. They were flexible and we came up with a game plan to have our ceremony and then a dinner after. And yesterday we had our cocktail hour and reception with a much larger group of 83. They do 1 wedding at a time so you know you're well attended to. I dropped off my decorations and they listened to the vision I had for everything. In our contract everything is covered. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of. Gabrielle and Megan are the best. They kept in constant communication and were there the day of. We had Katie as our maitre D. Katie made sure we were first to eat and always had a drink in our hand. She brought me anything I needed and was always there for my husband and I. The food was AMAZING. I've had so many guests raving about how good everything was. Cocktail hour there were constant hors d'oeuvre coming out and we had the Mac and cheese bar which was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about my reception and how truly special they made it. Thank you so much for the amazing day that I will never forget. When I started off on my journey of finding a venue I emailed ALOT of places and when I found rambelwood I was blown away by how affordable they are and everything that it included.
