2/18/18 Went to exchange or return a battery that was purchased on 11/4/17 today is 2/18/18 the battery is just over two months old and it doesn't hold a charger. I didnāt have the receipt in hand because it was a gift from my brother to my sons. However the sales person said if I got the WDR- he could see the items on he's system. So I got the DMR from my brothers statement date had 11/06/2017 (Monday)which is the next business day for banks. Hes statement also had a negative amount where the $74.80 was subtracted out of our account. The DMR from the company and my brothers DMR matched but because the statement date on hes account had a negative amount to make the transaction and the bank business date which was 11/6/17 a Monday not the Saturday 11/4/17 when we got the battery we couldn't exchange or return.Even though all the batteries serial number matched. I will never do business here and will refer others not to as well.. don't tell me to get something as Proof of a purchase and then tell me it's not. like We stole a $74 battery from you. When everything matches your system. Your salesperson should have said we can't do anything instead of telling us to get the DMR. Your company doesnāt stand behind what youāre policies or warranties. Thank you, for stealing our money and for taking advantage of people who did everything you asked.. Never buy from here.. go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came here to get my phone screen replaced on my Galaxy s9 plus. they did an awesome job with the screen however one thing that I thought was strange was that they asked for my phone password. they said that they needed to get into the phone to check to make sure the screen and everything function properly after installation. I felt it was a bit personal to have full access to my phone while it was in the back being worked on. I feel a bit leery when my personal information is extremely vulnerable and exposed like that. The guy who was handling my transaction thought it was a bit strange that I had a problem with it, which to me means that they definitely go through the peoples phones or tablets without them knowing, because if they didn't go through them, I imagine his response would be totally understanding. None the less, after giving him my password and feeling uncomfortable, I requested my phone back so I could change my password before giving it to them. They said they could go over the final checks with me before giving it back .
I don't find it necessary to have full access to someone's phone. I feel that going forward, they should perform the tests necessary and have the customer show up 10 minutes prior to their item being finished so that the guests can be there while the final checks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOwner, Roy is as knowledgeable and informative a person I have encountered in any store in a very long time. He spent a great deal of time discussing and demonstrating relative merits of different battery options for a very unique application I have, including cost-saving alternatives available from other suppliers. If you want to learn about all the important things you should know about batties, go see Roy. This is a well-staffed store where I suspect everyone is similarly useful. PLUS, the store sells the single-best bike light available, the Nebo ARC250. I searched long and hard and gave up on finding such a light...ended up needing three different lights on my bike to achieve the results/flexibility of this one light. And only $32! ...wide, downward-shining flood (wrap-around COB LED, important for off-road riding and to see all around you, and to BE SEEN) with day and night strobe settings, plus a separate spot light with high/ low setting. This is the ONLY light that lets you see well, be seen well and does not blind cars/people. Perfect for road or technical trail riding. It's not rechargeable, but oh well! 9 hrs with spot on high. 5 hrs with both spot and flood on high! I'll use NiMH...
