Seven Tap-Tavern — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

For many years, I have enjoyed the Seven Tap Tavern. I was a very loyal customer, however, not anymore!! My bestie, my daughter, and myself have rarely missed watching an Eagles game at the tavern. I had started inviting friends and family to join us because we loved it so much!! This has now changed!! The service is nothing like it used to be!! The management used to be on the floor interacting with the customers. The bartenders were friendly, knew how to make the drink you asked for, were quick to refresh your drinks and more. We had "our seats" that the "regulars" knew were ours. I was scrolling through Facebook and saw the football specials for this seasons football games. They were horrible to say the least!! They used to have 2 appetizers that were $7 each and flatbreads that were 1/2 price. The new offers are you get $1 off an appetizer and $2 off a flatbread. My friend and I commented that "that's not a special. $1 off doesn't even cover the tax you pay." After kindly saying our opinions, we were blocked from their Facebook page. That is NOT an appropriate response from a business. I will no longer go to the Seven Tap Tavern. I will find a new place to go to watch the game or just stay home and be comfy in my pjs!!

For a reason unknown to me, they have unblocked us on their Facebook page. This does NOT excuse a poor business practice!! I have found many other places with much better football specials. I will NOT be returning to the tavern.

In response to the owner, I have never had a bad experience with any employee at the Seven Tap Tavern. My question to you is how do you accidentally block someone? It take more than one tap of a button to block someone. Someone was simply unhappy that I called out the ridiculous football specials. Some of the other taverns still have the original specials. It's the management that changed the specials. I will not visit a business that intentionally blocks me for no legitimate reason. Again, not a good...

Twice now we've ordered the cheesesteak and have gotten the biggest nastiest hunks of fat I have ever seen in a sandwich. We actually had to pul it off to make it halfway eatable and on one occasion, we left 3/4 of it on the plate. The waitress credited us 2 beers because she said she didn't want the kitchen to ask & hurt their feelings? WHAT?? Just order a decent cut of meat. On another occasion, my cob salad was nothing like cobs salads I've had at Millers or Fridays. The salad dressing was spiced & I was never asked what kind I preferred. On one occasion, a Sunday evening, a regular (so we were told) had some issues which looked to be health related and was obviously drunk. He had bruises on his arms & face and scrapes. He kept coughing, like choking and hockering in his lap, on the floor and a couple times across the bar. When we told the waitress how unsanitary & gross that was and that we had to move...she said "oh yea, he's a regular and gets like that". She cut him off & closed the ice cooler. Two others went outside. We were appalled. Together with the poor food, I can guarantee we won't be returning even though it is conveniently located near my neighborhood. Seven Tap also means only seven low end uninteresting...

It was my second time here our first time was fun so we thought we’d come back. This time was awful. Our server was the worst. Came to our table literally twice the second time we had to get her attention. I asked for more water 3 times and never got it. I ordered a cheesesteak with no onions, came out with onions, had to wait an hour per drink, while she made numerous stops at the tables around us. We witnessed this because we were staring at her to get her attention and not even a glance our way. We came for gameshowpalooza which we love and liked this location because it was earlier but we aren’t happy. We eventually had to go to the bar for drinks and I asked the bus boy for a box that I asked for twice from our server. We get that it was busy but the fact she kept going to other tables without even a glance our way really frustrated us like it was in purpose. The fact she didn’t even acknowledge the wait and mistakes just made us more furious, really ruined...
