Karen is FABULOUS! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Marks. It is gorgeous. Then we both went in to pick out our wedding bands. My ring compliments my engagement ring perfectly. And my fiancés ring was specially made size he needed a size 13. It turned out amazing. Then, Karen, assisted me with two rings I already owned. One needed to be sized and the other needed two small diamonds replaced. The work done on my rings got attention from everyone who knows me. They thought they were new rings, since they looked so beautiful. Lastly, I bought a special gift for my fiancé to give to him on our wedding day. Karen went up and beyond to help me make the gift unique and special…and to keep it a surprise! One final note- Even on occasions that I stopped in and Karen wasn’t there, the other staff were so helpful. I’m sorry I don’t know all their names. Stopped by Marks for a second opinion to see what they would offer for my wedding rings. Although they still had some sentimental value and it has taken over a decade to let them go, Jim was very thorough and patient. He explained everything well and answered all of my questions with complete transparency. The offer they gave me was fair and I left knowing I made a good choice choosing them over the first place I went to. They also have beautiful jewelry there and will now be my go to for that as well.
