My base line is your typical Dunkin Donuts as it’s a chain and for the most part they are really all the same and that’s my base line. Now I haven’t physically been to this location BUT I do order here a lot and that is my perspective comes in. As for the coffee itself I’d say 9/10 it’s pretty fresh I can only recall 2 instances where my coffee tasted as if it had been sitting on the burner a bit to long and one of the times it was like 10-15mins before they closed so I understand but I did pay for it so I think I deserve a relatively fresh cup. As for cold drinks I’m partial to the mango pineapple refresher with green tea and a few pumps of liquid cane sugar and little ice. I’d prefer no ice as it just waters down my drink but I’d say 7/10 times I request little ice they give me little ice the other 3/10 the drinks basically 1/2 Ice. Next up the food … it’s Dunkin Donuts not some 3 star Michelin restaurant. What Dunkin does well is speed, convenience & edibility. The food might not be picture perfect but they make it fast so a bacon egg & cheese hot and in a few mins that taste alright it’s nothing to rave about but I’m happy with my order. Although another 7/10 comes to them making the order correctly or the food being off as in the bacon is burned solid, they forgot to add this or that, I wanted toasted not un-toasted and other mishaps but that’s messing up the food itself & getting the order wrong so a 7/10 not great but not horrible either. Put this all together and you get 4 stars as they get everything right more than the amount of mistakes and oversights they have. Another boost is like to add in and point out is I’ve NEVER found human hair in my food from here. I’ve also never gotten food poisoning, undercooked or severely over cooked food from them & MOST important my food or drink from here has NEVER tasted like cleaning detergent, bleach, chemicals or moldy and you think that would be a bare minimum but mistakes in the kitchen where speed in demand … we’ll accidents happen. Not at this Dunkin thou everything I’ve ever gotten has been pretty fresh and free of contamination so 4 stars. As long as you know what to expect from a chain doughnut & coffee shop then I can recommend this particular Dunkin. I do hope this information has been helpful and or relevant to whom ever might be looking at reviews...
Read moreI will not come here in the morning anymore. The afternoon and beyond has a younger crowd that actually does their job. My complaints stand with the morning crews. I've worked in Dunkins at both a drivethru and without. I've lost jobs in the past because of the things these people do on a minute-by-minute basis. I had to beep my horn after waiting an exorbitant amount of time in a short line because the woman was conversing with another employee inside while my coffee sat in the window. It wasn't even hot. This is unacceptable, especially when your prices have gone up in the last month or two.
They don't even follow the specific rules with ordering at Dunkin. There is a standard for a reason. They never make the coffee correct, it's always off. When I place an order in the afternoon, it's actually done correctly. Who woulda thought that doing the same thing over and over again would yield an alternate outcome nearly every time. This place might just be an extra-dimensional point in which you are subject to a slower and less accurate reality between the times of 8-12pm.
The other day, I managed to spend 8 minutes in line as the third car, not have any acknowledgement from the person supposed to take my order until I pulled up assuming there was an issue with the speaker, and the woman behind me began placing her order. This is nonsense.
By the way. How are your TTL's? Is that a...
Read more2/22/24-I had already spent 25+ on a visit only to realize i had forgotten my own drinks. While standing in line to buy a water and coffee I was shocked to see that they were taking the order of the woman behind me while I was standing at the front of the line and right in front of the cashier. The woman who was given priority ordered a single coffee. One would think that even if the kindergarten level line rules weren't going to be followed, they would at least prioritize the customer spending more money. Whats especially hurtful for me was it wasnt until after the 2nd customer recognized the error and apologized to me that the cashier said anything(which wasnt an apology, it was simply asking me if I wanted my drinks). The manager however, didnt even acknowledge any issue and just stood there tinkering with a receipt printer. This is a dunkin I visit weekly,I am dissatisfied and will be changing where I spend my money...
