Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mount Olive

TL:DR: if you're traveling down the highway stop at another Dunkin, if you live in the apartment complexes and want coffee now, just deal with the poor service for the convenience .

Honestly have never had a great experience here. The biggest problem is the service. While sometimes I get poorer than expected coffee, my order is often wrong or takes an obscene amount of time. Most recently, a toasted bagel with cream cheese took over 10 minutes, while the entire store was full and then emptied with significantly more complex orders, AND I had to remind the teenager making the orders that they never made my BAGEL. The 5 customers before me had their orders completed immediately while we were sitting at the pickup area. Often times I will order the same drink as my girlfriend and we will only receive one. Only go here if you live in the complexes down the road and want coffee NOW. otherwise, hold out the few minutes and go to the Dunkin...

The lady with the head dress is the most rude employee I have ever had to experience.

I ordered two donuts. I asked " may I have a vanilla frosted and strawberry with sprinkles." When I noticed she didn't grab the sprinkle strawberry, I asked oh my I have strawberry with the sprinkles. She scoffed and said. You didn't say that! She grabbed the bag annoyed and threw the donut on the rack and grabbed the one I wanted and then tossed the bag on the counter. No thank you, no hello the only words were the completely rude comment.

I'm sorry I inconvenienced you by doing your job sweetheart. If you don't like your job find another job or stay home. Don't poison the community because you are having a bad day. I hope you find peace and happiness.

They are always in a rush, and when putting in your order they don't excuse themselves and start talking to other workers in a foreign language while you're giving your order. So when paid the girl at the register says excuse me I didn't charge you for your drink, well if she would have been paying attention to our order she wouldn't have made that mistake like that. A little courtesy goes a long way by excusing yourself to talk to someone else instead of messing up a order because they were not paying attention.
