First off I was hung up on when I called because the manager was done speaking to me I guess. Before calling to place my order I made sure of how much I was going to be spending before hand and had my boyfriend go pick it up. The price was $15 more than what it would've been according to their websites price. I called to ask if their prices on their website are accurate and apparently no.. only on slice.com. I wanted to just voice my complaint but the manager informed that "everywhere is that expensive." I got a larger Hawaiian pizza and a medium chicken Caesar salad pizza. For $45. FOURTY FIVE. I told him that I may not have ordered if I had known!! Which is when he said everyone's prices are raising because of COVID.. And I understand like a small increase, I generally expect that when seeing online menus, but to increase the prices more than 25% and not document that immediately on the website is I feel fraud and then to not even apologize on top of it. I was very calm and explained I still was just voicing my complaint and then he finished what he felt was needed to say and hung up on me. My issue was with the service. I ordered a pizza, showed up 30 mins later as directed, and when I gave them my name, they had me pay, and then it quickly became obvious that they had not started my pizza. Now they never told me this, mind you, they just said it would be a few minutes. But they took my money, never explained anything, and then let 25 more minutes pass.
So I spoke up. I politely said, "ma'am, sir, mistakes happen, but what are you going to do to make this right?" The person behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy and said they are not going to do anything. So I told them that is fine, that is their choice, but I will never come back. Their response was, "fine, don't come back!"

When I called the restaurant I was told it was delivered regardless of the fact it had not come and there was nothing they could do despite the fact they had been paid online. When I asked to speak to the manager he was rude and disrespectful to me. He tried to blame me for the driver's error and grudgingly offered to remake my order if I picked it up. He refused to reimburse me for the delivery fee I paid. His rude manner caused me to contact the online app for a refund. He refused to authorize it!
