Tried a YEAR LATER and they still gave same treatment! On Sept. 22 at approximately 8pm I went in to Domino's Pizza in Mt. Orab, OH to get me some Boneless wings to go. I ended up ordering the 16 peace wings. I waited in the restaurant for my order. A young man, tall skinny with dark hair brought my order out to me after about 20 minutes. I then took my order and left to head home to eat my dinner. When I opened the box at home. instead of Boneless wings it was bone-in wings. So, I called Domino's in Mt. Orab and asked to speak to the manager. The person that answered the phone sounded like the young man that had handed me the wings. I told him what had happened and he said no problem, "can I just make you another order"? I told him that it was 15 minutes for me to go back to Domino's and asked if I could have a credit. He said no problem that it will be under your phone number. I said great and thanked him for taking care of the problem. So, later that week I went in to Domino's in Mt. Orab to use my credit and the boy at the register told me that it was going to be an hour and half to a two hour wait to get my food. So, I told him that I was going out of town and would it be ok for my family to use my credit. He said sure as long as they know the phone number it was under. I thanked him for his information and left the store. So, on Oct.1, 2024 my elderly father walked in to the Domino's to use my credit and to buy other food for himself. The person behind the counter told him that he could not use the credit because the manager did not put it into their computer and that he would have to come back on Wed. Oct. 2, 2024 when the manager would be working. So my elderly father went back on Wednesday Oct. 2, 2024 to use my credit. The same tall skinny dark hair young man said that he did not remember the conversation he had with me over the phone and that he would give my elderly father an 8 piece wing for the credit. My elderly father agreed because he said he could tell that the young man would start an argument. THAT I NOT ACCEPTABLE! First of all. The manager lied to me because he did not give me the credit for a 16 piece Boneless wings. IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF HE CAN'T DO HIS JOB AND FOLLOW THREW WITH HIS WORD. Second; Half of the order is not going to cut it. Domino's of MT. Orab owes me a 16 piece Boneless wing. NOT an 8 piece that is only have the price. I steal paid full price for the wrong item I ordered. THIRD; The manager took advantage of an elderly person knowing that they would just take what ever to prevent an altercation! If I don't get my full credit then my next step is to contact Domino's Corporate! Also, I'm going to inform everyone I know the poor service that you receive by going to Domino's in Mt. Orab. I am a Mt. Orab native so I do know a lot of people that lives in and around Mt. Orab.

Read moreI normally will get a pizza atleast 1 time a week. I will never order from this location again. Something changed horribly about 4 months ago. Last 4-5 orders, which are all placed as well done have come barely cooked and doughy, and so oily that literally all of the toppings and cheese slides off when you pick it up. 3/11/2021 ordered a pizza about 8:10. Pizza got to me (I only live about a mile away) at 8:40. Good timing right. Except is was literally inedible. Called the store to report (I am the type of person who will eat a well done steak that is ordered medium rare, I NEVER COMPLAIN) because this has become a trend. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and no answer, so while still on hold got into my car took the pizza to the store and asked that they make another. I could hear the phone ringing, which was me while I was there, drove home and just sat on hold another 15 minutes to see how long it would take them to answer. So after dropping off the pizza around 8:50 pizza arrived back to me at 9:50. Overall an hour and 40 minutes to get a competent pizza, with the 3 other options in MT orab I will never order here again. I wish I knew what happened around 4 months ago because this place went from my favorite to my lease...

They called and asked for us to tip them because we didn't when we payed online.....um seriously how bout no tip now.or here is your tip, better customer service don't call n demand a tip before food shows up....who does that? Your website has this whole thing about contact less delivery, they do not want to deal with you...so you stand on the porch waiting for us to open the door. You were then told just set it down thanks n leave....you set it down and stand there waiting...when you figure out we are not opening the door you stomp off the porch swinging your arms stop in driveway to look back n continued to pout to your car. Rev you motor in our driveway then peel out drive off fast.....unprofessional. seriously unprofessional. Now definately not tipping ever....you deliver pizza that's you chosen job. You get paid.they charge a flat rate to deliver. Tips are bonuses some people can afford not mandatory.....get over yourself. I do self checkout and then do not tip the attendant that watches me check myself out....or demand to be tipped because I checked my self out thats...
