Beech Shack — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Our three smoothies took over 15 minutes because the employee just seemed to be lagging. We were the only order slip so it’s not that she was just busy. She only made two of the three at first and then showed us the order slip that clearly listed the missing one first. She was blatantly high which would fine if she was still functional, but she wasn’t.

Also the smoothies are watery which is okay but different than expected.

Finally, placing the order online was harder than it should be. They don’t list the addresses so you have to guess the location based on the description. You are forced to make an account...

I had to give one star to make a post, but I would give the service zero stars. I didn’t even get the opportunity to try your food because I had to cancel my order. I called to ask some simple questions regarding our dietary restrictions and the woman over the phone was extremely rude. I called back to place an order after I reviewed the menu and the woman was extremely rude. I asked if she was ok and she told me she had a headache. Prepare yourself for a big let down compared to the pictures they show. What they show is a big bowl, full of nice size chunks of fresh fruit! What you get is a small plastic container with very small pieces of fruit chopped so small I would say it's almost like diced and rest is absolutely packed full of granola and other junk! When you go back to look, yes the picture they show is the same plastic container they send you, but it's extremely misleading and taken in away it doesn't...
