This is absolutely the slowest Starbucks in the Charleston area and there's really no reason for it. There's consistently a line out the door and baristas who have to ask how to do everything. Please, make the trip to one of the other Starbucks stores nearby instead of this one. You won't regret it. A disgrace to the Starbucks franchise.

Monday morning - no drive through, but it was VERY busy but their staff was killin it. Elliot helped us at the counter, while pouring coffee and preparing the orders for food. We waited maybe 5 mins and I was impressed with how they worked because there were so many drink and togo orders. Great job 👏🏽

Last time I went there (last week), was told that they would put cream in my coffee . No longer can do it myself because there was too much waste and wanted to save money. The first time was sorta ok with the creme. Today, I got home with the coffee and it was practically half full of cream and luke warm. Should have gone to Chix filet across the street where I can get a .28cent senior coffee AND BE ABLE TO PUT MY OWN CREAM IN. If starbucks is so worried about their cream being wasted, just put individual creamers out! . Good coffee, but I don't like it black , so until they allow the customers to put their own cream in coffee, going to Chix filet or McDonalds(both have pretty good coffee.....I am just more used...

I came into Starbucks this morning to buy coffee and a Cheese Danish Susie Served My Friend and I and was very RUDE and DISTASTEFUL about how she served me. I was asking questions and also trying to split the payment was very disrespectful when I was ordering & I forgot to order my cheese danish. Asked me “ Well What were you trying to ask me ? & made a face at me” I don’t think this Old Woman should be working for A Starbucks Establishment if she’s not going to be kind & courteous to EVERYONE. My coworker also noticed how short she was being with me.

I called after for a Follow Up and Elliot was very nice & apologetic on Susie’ss behalf of being rude and...

Fabulous.

What's to say: it's a Starbucks, and it's a good one, in my book. The staff were very friendly, and they laughed among one another throughout my visit, lending an air of joy and playfulness to the space. There was plenty of seating, inside and out, and I had no problem finding a good spot, where I proceeded to enjoy a nice, long lunch with company of a book, just watching the world pass by. Then, to top it off: a clean bathroom. I left feeling a certain kind of satisfaction, the kind you just can't buy.

Truly, it was a memorable experience for me, as only such a "little" thing can be.

So, big thanks to all the folks who run this restaurant....
