Amazing toy store! Yes it can be expensive but it’s also just a fun place to take the kids and play with the model toys like Thomas the train, calico critters, etc. However, I am disappointed in the website for online pickup. I know they have a lot of small things in store and it’s probably easier to keep up with stock of bigger items on the website…..but It’s frustrating to try to do online pickup for something you know is in the store (such as a sticker book) and be unable to even find that the product exists….then to arrive at the store and drag all your kids inside (who understandably, get distracted and upset that we can’t buy everything!) to find an abundance of said sticker books!!! I love the store and highly recommend it but I just wish online pickup stock included...

During COVID, they offered virtual shopping sessions and delivered your purchases to your home. I am now an avid follower of their facebook and instagram posts which helps me stay current on the newest toys and gifts for my extended family and friends. Short skinny girl with brown hair in a ponytail. Anyways my daughter brought up her toys to checkout and she proceeded to tell off my child how it actually meant to only pick one ring being extremely rude about it, making an 8 yr old turn red and apologize instead of being understanding. Rude as hell. Maybe they should higher more emotionally...
