Starbucks — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Ordered 2 Venti Iced Carmel Macchiato's both with extra shot of espresso, line cup with Carmel plus extra Carmel.. Not only was there no extra Carmel, watched the girls as she made them, she lined the cup, added the milk, 3 shots of vanilla syrup (which I think it called for 5 if I'm not mistaken? Plus the syrup goes in after cup lining but before the milk, not after milk!) Then the espresso and lided it and served. I asked if there was extra Carmel because I didn't see it on top like usual! She said it fell to the bottom...🤔 you tell me?? That's the normal Carmel from lining the cup! Definitely not extra nothing! It wouldn't fall to the bottom being freshly made either, this isn't my 1st cup!.. Do better!...

I ordered pickup on the app. four bevvies, two tall and two short, plus four pastries. When i got to the family and we opened our drinks we realized (1) every drink is short, even the tall drinks are only filled about 2/3 of the way or less, and (2) none of our beverages got whipped cream. My wife and I went inside. My wife ordered a sandwich and a small hot chocolate, and I ordered a small hot matcha . She received her sandwich in approximately 10-15 minutes. She was able to finish her sandwich before one of drinks came (she eats fairly slow). We waited a bit longer then it finally came. Then the other came 5-10 minutes later.
