I was at the mount pleasant location this evening around 6:30. They were not that busy they had a fully staffed crew. I've never seen such a group of unmotivated, unpleasant, rude disgruntled employees / staff in all of my life. The only person that acted like they cared about anything was the manager. He was wearing a black shirt. That's how I know he was the manager. The rest of the crew was awful, the first guy the red head that greets you at the beginning of the order line was extra rude. He couldn't even say hello and greet the customer. He just stood there and stared at you. Waiting for you to tell him what you wanted to order I guess. He piled so many chips in the bowl that there was no room for anything else. All of the chicken and beans and cheese was just slopping all over the side of the bowl. Then it goes on to the toppings section of the line. The next guy that was putting the topping who was not very pleasant, asks me at the end if it's to go or dine in, I said it's to go. He then proceeds to put a lid on top of everything..... Smushing and breaking all of the chips. When I got home it was a big soggy mess. The gal at the cash register seemed pretty pleasant. She was not overly friendly by any means, but I think based on the atmosphere there tonight, i guess i cant blame her.... The chicken was grizzly and chewy, which I've never had bad chicken there before. The overall experience just sucked. I hope that someone has a talking to with these people and can get them all on the same page... They really need help improving the quality of food and have some kind better more friendly...

No matter what time of day or night I come. Out of the meat I want, made it wrong, place looks like they were just recovering from a rush with nobody in the lobby...Last order I made online so I could explore the options a little more. When I got there (2 mins later than the site suggested) no one had even started my order. 5 employees and the place was a mess, they were out of the new shrimp, employees just standing around pacing between the front and back not accomplishing anything...people standing in line not being helped. Like I was interrupting their dinner or something. I sensed some tension between the employees also. The one wear a black shirt I'm assuming was the manager, he was overall just rude to me, never apologized for forgetting to make my online order. Would look at me... That was weird. This location lack customer service in a serious way. I try to be a nice customer too...it's like I give them a reason to serve me poorly...even tho that shouldn't happen anyways.

Read moreI went in today and ordered 2 rice bowls with my fiancé, I am so unpleased I wish I could give 0 starts in order to write a review. Employee #TM1142 on drawer #1 completly ruined our experience as a customer. We followed the instructions on the screen to scan the QR code and get free chips and dip, we told her we had a code to scan, and we paid. I mentioned that we still didn't get our chips and queso and she refused our service, even though we still had the code up as well. She had got the managers attention and he even said that we couldn't get our items, foul customer service!! They should both lose their jobs. My bowl was stuffed well but my fiance even when asking for extra was still more than half way less than what I had in my bowl. No silverware were provided either! I asked for a cup of lettuce, they forgot to grab that and I asked about it... Got back to put the lettuce on and it was enough for a rabbit to take 3 bites... Pathetic!! The food was terrible!! Everything was bland, the peppers were under cooked... And under cut, the food and service were just terrible I'll stick to chipotle; Qdoba has fully lost my service! (Also may I had the code for the free chips and queso were on my receipt when I had left......
