This place used to be great a few years ago, but now there are constantly issues with my orders. Once in a while, my order will be perfect. But the new normal is my food tasting slightly off, finding strands of hair in my burrito bowl, weird black chunks of something that are gross, overly wet burritos, and now today, the grossest quesadilla I've ever had. They come with 3 sides and then the quesadilla which is supposed to be "Cheese in a Flour Tortilla with your choice of meat, sofritas or fajita veggies and three included sides." I ordered fajita veggies, with 2 condiments and rice on the SIDE (you can't even order these to be ON the quesadilla, it's SIDE ONLY). When I get home, the "quesadilla" had NO cheese at all (yes I dug it apart), a few fajita veggies, and RICE?! Who puts rice in a quesadilla, and who doesn't put cheese in a quesadilla? Then to have the employee argue on the phone about it...? That's just not right lol. I've eaten at this location probably going on 30 times by now. It never used to be problematic.
I will say that the chips and queso are always amazing, but you can't really mess that up. I guess it's strange to consider how one could mess up a quesadilla, too, but whatever. Just be aware that this place is a hit or miss these days, and a lot of times they're out of pretty vital...

They were getting absolutely no help from any other team member including the manager. The portions of rice and beans were incredibly small and then my entire burrito was drowning in sour cream. The 2 employees making the two burritos for my group had no clue how to fold them so we ended up with one having a huge tear in the tortilla and falling apart. We asked for it to be wrapped again because of the tear and the girl had no clue what she was doing and essentially turned the burrito into a cube. At one point, one of the guys working asked for help up on the line and the employees that were standing around just laughed at him. I tried to chat with “pepper” after being directed to do so by the store number listed. Why have a phone number if you’re not even allowing individuals to directly contact that store? The solution this AI garbage, “pepper”, gave was not helpful. I do not want a free side, I will not be returning. A refund should be granted since this is simply the fault of chipotle and its employees. I should not have to return and inconvenience myself due to the faults of the company and its affiliates.
